Frustrating issues with tracking activities

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was happy with this purchase until I had time to experience the issues with this device tracking activities and the inability of the customer service to help. At times Fitbit will mark 250 steps/hours done but your app or PC dashboard will not, and there is no way to fix that. Customer service will tell you that they will work on that. At times Fitbit will not be able to sync with your Fitbit until you have tried for about 10 times and then maybe the 11th times will work. Fitbit 2 did not have these issues, or at least they were way less common. I would give up the additional features that Fitbit 3 has to have the reliability of Fitbit 2.

Loving it! Replacement for my older Charge 2

I like the new sleeker look of the charge 3 and it’s lighter weight makes it less cumbersome on my wrist. I love the options you have for the display too. It has the same functions as the Charge 2 but the access is a smoother touch of the screen rather than the thumb require by the Charge 2. I’m loving the new improved Fitbit Charge 3!
