This is my second charge 5 from Best Buy returned 1st one when it did not pair now on second one which has many issues with sync. I just needed some thing specific for health. The ones sold at Best Buy I think are very old it does not have Spo2 and heart rate apps. So these will install after the purchase. I have an iPhone SE 2022. its extremely slow with the app app install and keeps loosing connectivity while it is right next to it and after multiple retries I got spo2 and heart rate installed. Spo2 after wearing for all night still does not work. Not sure if the integration is great with android but this is just not worth all this time.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like the Fitbit Charge 5 as much as my Charge 3 but after four years it was time to upgrade. Love the fit of the band and the brilliance of the screen. It's very easy to see in both sunlight and in the dark.

Liked charge 4 better. They phoned this one in.

No more side button (all touchscreen now), no altimeter anymore (no more counting flights of stairs), screen wake is too sensitive (turns on all the time even if I'm not tapping it), and always on feature drains battery too fast. The options for faces are really terrible... Trying to look cool but not really offering functionally like the previous charge's faces. I do like that the charger is magnetic so it seems to noisy of the time seat easier into the right spot. Colors are nice, but it's too little too late.

My old fitbit had finally died, so it was time to buy another, so I upgraded. After looking online, best buy was the only place where i could get the color that I wanted, delivered within a few days, and $30 cheaper than the others. It was truly, the best buy!

This is my 3rd Fitbit. Charge 3 didn’t even last a year. Charge 4 was acting weird. So far I really like the charge 5.

I bought it in Feb 2022. In April 2022 I had a manufacture replacement because the screen turned yellow. I did not have any problems with it. I would wear it to work out and I would sweat a lot and it was working perfectly. In December 2023, it started to not function properly. The screen was black and I left it to charge for 4 hours but the screen was black. Every time I would charge the Fitbit it would vibrate as it does when it charges and would get the Fitbit logo on the screen. After a couple of hours of charging, I would attempt to turn it on but it would not. I would touch the screen and it would not turn on. I updated it and it started to work. I let it charge to 100% that same day I went for my run and it stopped working after running for an hour. Now the Fitbit won't turn on unless it is plugged in. I wanted to get it fixed but I was going to get charged 50 dollars for a diagnostic. I am upset because I really did enjoy the Fitbit but now I do not even want to buy another one if it breaks down in less than 2 years.

Bought this as an upgrade over my Charge 2, mainly because I wanted the always-on display during my workouts. In that respect, it's worth the upgrade. However, it is often slow to update my heart rate during workouts, and occasionally it'll show my heart rate being at workout levels when I'm just sitting down and relaxing.

Perfect for my lifestyle...not too complicated, a chance to learn a few new things. My favorite is the cell phone locator. Plus i like being able to set a morning alarm if desired.

I absolutely love this watch. I have several great watchbands that I can change up to match my outfits. It also has different screen protectors, too, which have a color around the border. It works great.

Bought this for my coworker as he prepares for his first half marathon. He has reported that he is very satisfied. It’s not too distracting and has provided good motivation to improve.

The battery is the worst. 7 months in and my Charge 5 cannot hold a charge. Dies very quickly, it use to last 5- 6 (ish) days. Messing with the settings does not help. I've had the Charge 4 for yrs and was happy, I only upgraded because the wrist strap was broken.
