Needed a new watch when I started looking at the Fitbit. The Fitbit HR gave me more than just a watch. As someone who works at a desk, the Fitbit HR gave me the ability to monitor my daily "inactivity" and the incentive to "get up and move."

I was excited at first to get s fit but, but had limites choice in color. I also have to charge this every night and it is annoying and it is not comfortable to wear.

It works fine, except she is having problems syncing it. She has had to connect it to the computer with the charging cable in order to get it to work right a few times!

Syncing takes forever! It synced perfectly for 2 weeks but it has been so slow since then. I am so mad with the app that I am ready to give this away and call it a lost.

Fitbit is just what I needed to get me out walking everyday. Only complaint is that the sales person did not go through all the things that this fitbit can do as compare to the other Fitbits and how you use it after it is once on your wrist.

After reading researching many activitiy trackers, I chose the Charge HR. The app is easy to navigate and the quality is great. The only thing i wish was that you could change the bands color like the cheaper models.

Never having a tracker before this was alot of good information. But the life span on this was 3 months before it just stopped working. Had to upgrade to Charge 2.

I enjoy my Fitbit Charge HR. The size is better than the Fitbit Blaze for a lady, yet it does everything I need. I enjoy walking and am challenged to walk just a little more when using my Fitbit Charge HR. It helps me to accomplish my goal.

Excellent for tracking workouts. Jogging and walking. Very easy to follow exceed use status. Had difficulty with tracking heart beat when doing Insanity workout. Movement during this type of exercising is the cause.

Love the graphs I could actually see my resting heart rate improving after regular exercise. Had no idea how many times I am restless/awake at night. Am getting a sleep study scheduled. Wish it was less bulky.

Got the Fitbit to monitor my heart rate after heart surgery. Works well, always within a point of value at rehab using fancy machines. Only complaint is the rubber wrist band can be cumbersome to remove. Very glad I purchased this product.

The step tracking seems to be a bit over from actual steps-- but it comes close. The ability to attach other phone Apps is a major plus! This means I can sync MyFitnessPal to the Fitbit app and both work together to track my goals for me!

Provides all the features of the more expensive models/brands and still tells you the time. Surprised me when it communicated a call coming in to me on my iPhone. I guess I'll just have to read the instructions.

I do like my Fitbit very much. I especially like tracking my resting heart rate and of course my steps and my sleep habits. Will be tracking with my three sisters, also with Fitbits, which should spur me on in my quest for better health.

I bought this one to replace one that was less than a year old (but paid for by someone else.) The old one just came apart without trauma. I like that it monitors my sleep, but am now skeptical of its longevity.

Works well for counting steps if you are moving your arm while exercising. If you are walking and say pushing a basket or stroller it doesn't really keep accurate count, which I guess is true for all bands.

Good product highly recommended. Works totally differently from device that I formerly had so learning curve is longer. Only complaint is battery life being short.
