One completely stopped working, and the second one wasn't tracking my steps. I'm not quite sure how consistent it is, but it does help to motivate me by wanting to meet my step goal daily. I like that it has an alarm clock, too. Love the color, too. So far my 3rd one has not given me any problems.

I developed a slight rash as others have noted but change wrists at night and no issues. I like the sync but have to wait for sleep to be recorded. Not sure how accurate the heart rate monitor is. The sleep monitor can give misleading readings if you wake up but don't move your arm. On the whole I really like it and it's a great motivator.

I wear it all the time and find it motivating to do a little more. The battery lasts a long time. It's easy to sync on your computer or phone (if you have better than an IPhone 4) I like the HR feature for just a little more money (it's fun to check your HR randomly like at your kids sporting events or on a rollercoaster). Sleep monitoring is cool to.
