Purchased the 1st Fitbit with the warranty just in case. Sure enough with in the 60days they discovered a defect and a chip on the glass. They gave a new one and renewed my warranty (: pretty happy on the quick switch. Not all places offer a additional warranty, Bestbuy well priced and easy to work with. The Fitbit is doing great 2nd round.

The fit bit charge HR is a great beginners health tracker. The only downside I've seen is the screen is easy to scratch/scuff and there isn't anything you can do about it. This problem I believe only occurs with really hands on work though because my girlfriend has one too and hers barely has any scratches on it

This device is a bit bulky in size, so not as comfortable as thinner versions. I was disappointed when I switched from a different device that did everything this one does plus you were able to receive caller ID and texts. This one is caller ID only.
