The band to my fitbit is a small which the store recommended, however it only latches in 2 holes and falls off all the time. I have been lucky to always find it!! Also the geek at BB says he cannot help me put it on the internet because I need a different e-mail. (my husband is already on ours) Also cannot get the sleep part which is the main reason I wanted one.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. She enjoys keeping track of steps and sleep patterns. Great product!

My spouse and son jointly purchased the Fitbit Charge HR as my birthday present. I am happy with its Hours Slept function though, whenever I am motionless after waking up, the small awake time is counted as sleep. The Steps function is relatively accurate though the function adds 2k to 5k extra steps when I am not walking but doing the wash, folding laundry, or painting. I learned to remove the Fitbit when I am doing housework. The Floors Climbed function misses a flight or two daily but no biggie. However, the other day, the Charge HR stopped syncing and I needed Fitbit tech support. I waited 20 minutes on HOLD until an off-shore tech answered. I explained, "My Charge HR won't sync with my iPhone even after following Fitbit's online posted sync advice three times. Fitbit's online help community advised deleting and re-adding the Charge HR to my Fitbit account, which I followed and which only made matters worse, as the Charge HR CANNOT BE ADDED to my Fitbit account, stuck on the iPhone Fitbit app window 'You're all set! Finishing Up... [continuous spinning wheel icon]' ". The tech went through the set-up steps and incredulously advised, "You need to restart your iPhone". I informed him that if I restart my phone I WILL LOSE the call connection. The tech reassured me that he will call me back in 3 minutes. After 3 hours, presently 16 hours and counting, I have not received a call back. I have no need to call tech support back after such poor service but will notify Corporate. I simply Googled the Charge HR's repetitive "You're all set! Finishing up... " and sync problems, found a Fitbit owner with the same problems, followed her advice, and, as a result, I have a functioning Charge HR though all data for Wednesday, January 13, 2016 is missing and data for January 14, 2016 is abnormally low. Fitbit needs to improve its Charge HR and its tech support. After my wife heard about the dismal tech support for my Charge HR, she is returning her Small Charge HR just bought last month.

I was skeptic with buying a Fitbit because I know a lot of people that bought it and returned it. However i gotta say that if your into fitness and making everyday a game/challenge then this will benefit you more than you could think. It's fun, it's easy, it's comfortable, and most important it keeps you thinking about being healthy and active.

I was really excited to purchase this. I still like it but, the steps counter is NOT accurate! if you swing your arm without moving your legs it will count it as a step. So, if you are like me that you talk with your hands then your talking alone will add steps, lol. Also I have stairs in my house that I go up and down several times a day and it has not recorded stairs climbed once!! Other than that, I do like the HR monitor especially when I am running, very helpful. The distance I have traveled too is very cool, I am not sure how accurate the calories burned is.. When I wake up in the am I have already burned 600 calories in my sleep, that doesn't seem possible. it would be helpful if the website had a question and answer to understand more about how it works. It does make me more conscious about my daily activity and what I am eating so in summary.. not bad.

I liked this band as it has all the features I needed as well as Heart rate, that I didn't. I love the sleep tracking and silent alarm (must-haves). My biggest issue was the size. It felt huge. That is the only reason I returned it for the Alta.

It's an alright product. I'd wait maybe for the next generation of this before purchasing. The HR monitor doesn't work if you get sweaty (what's the point?), it often just doesn't work well period. Often inaccurate, or just showing no reading. The sleep monitor crapped out after about 9 months (maybe?). I went bed at 1:55am and slept until 7am. It claims I went to bed at 1:55am, work up at 3:35am and never went back to sleep. It's claiming most nights I'm sleeping 2 to 3 hours a night (way off), The step tracking, and alarm works great though, and coming up on a year since buying it; it seems to still be together, so it's durable. My mom's old flex ripped. Overall it's an ok product, but i would maybe just buy the regular charge. That way you can manually set your own sleep, and you're not wasting money on the HR tracker.

Bought this for my wife. It was an upgrade over the Fitbit flex she had. This was gives you heart rate, has a more durable band, and even gives you the time like a watch. The only con really is that is quite a bit wider than the flex.

I find it a very useful gadget for monitoring daily activity. It's not perfectly accurate, but it does give a good estimate of activity, calories burnt, and heart rate. I liked it enough to purchase another for my wife and now we compare daily activity.

I have enjoyed this so much since buying it. Tracks sleep, steps throughout the day, and heart rate. I also found it interesting that it tracks how many times you wake up and are restless during the night.

I love my new Fitbit. It works great and keeps track of my heartrate as well as my steps. It has allowed me to set daily goals to reach.

My wife and I both have Fitbit Charge HR wristbands. My wife's suddenly died within the first 3 months and was replaced less than a year and a half ago. I purchased mine 3 months after hers. We are both in out mid sixties and are active, though not athletically. Within the past month her plastic band that wraps around the two electrodes fell off and my plastic piece that locks and holds the band together dropped off somewhere. Lately the battery life has been just north of 2 days. I know the warranty is for 1 year, but considering we wear it all the time, primarily to accumulate longitudinal HR and activity data invisibly and aren't Olympic athletes, I would expect them to last a bit longer. I would understand if this happened just to either mine or my wife's watches, but both is a bit disappointing. My recommendation to a friend depends on who the friend is and what they intend to use the Fitbit for.

This activity tracker is easy to set up and use. It does a good job tracking heart rate and steps, which is what I mainly want to watch. It also shows the time easily, at the first press of the button.

I loved it..with watching my calories it was great but, until I realized when I was washing my hands and or talking with them it would count it as steps walked! Plus was having problems sync with myfitness! Not very accurate even the heart rate not accurate all the time! So I'm up in the air!!

Right from the start this step counter and heart rate monitor worked great. I upgraded from a FitBit Zip and really like the additional features including heart rate monitor and sleep tracking.

Great for working out. I really like the heart rate features no, it is not perfect, but gives pretty good readings most of the time. It does a nice job of keeping track of steps.

Won't sync with my droid. Exchanged it, and the new one won't sync either. I've contacted the fitbit customer service and I've gotten 4 responses. 2 say, sorry, read our troubleshooting page. 2 say, do you still need help? No matter my responses of saying I've tried everything I can find on the internet to help and nothing works, I still get the same 2 responses. Like no one's even on the other end reading them, their computer is just spitting out general emails. So, yeah, it still doesn't work and they are no help whatsoever. All it is is an expensive step counter if it won't sync.
