My wrist measures 6" around. The small fits with a couple of holes left over for adjustments during workouts. I like the plum color because it's not flashy/bright. I only wish the time would stay on, until I pressed the button for some other data.

I LOVE my fitbit!! My original in tension was just for the sleep tracker feature bur I have come to enjoy everything this offers. Yes, the step tracker is nice but what makes it better is that it alerts you when you hit certain targets. And when you don't want your phone to ring and have it on silent, the fitbit will vibrate and tell you who's calling. It's comfortable and easy to clean (I work in Healthcare so this is VERY important ) i would definitely recommend this to everyone. The challenges with friends is a good motivator too

This was the best investment ever to help jump start my weight loss. I loved wearing it and connecting with my friends. The app is pretty cool and I bought the Aria scale too. It links up with just about anything including myfitnesspal!

    My kids like it

This is great. My kids both have one, but the only complaint is that it doesn't keep track of the time and date consistently. I'm not sure if it's because they don't sync them often enough, but it's always a day off or a few minutes off. I haven't had a chance to look into it, but I hope it's something easy. They are looking forward to setting them to wake themselves up for school. It won't work if the time is always off. Otherwise, as an activity tracker, it's great.

Really enjoyed the heart rate monitoring feature. The app is also user friendly and tracking features are great for on the go. This Fitbit stands out from the rest...it isn't just a step counter.

    Nice reminder to keep active

Very easy to setup. I got this to encourage me to do a little more activity. Stairs instead of elevators or take the longer route to somewhere rather than taking shortcuts, etc. I turned off the feature of having it constantly sync with my smartphone to save on battery, and now I only charge it every few days. I can easily sync anytime I want. Also syncs with my computer and integrates with MyFitnessPal.com It has definitely helped me add some activity into my daily routine.

Had this for two weeks. Added with the apps it is a wonderful tool. Keeps time as well. The apps really are the key to the benifit. We use both fit bit and my fitness pal. Plus it keeps you interested.

    Fit Bit HR is garbage

This product is a complete waste of money. If you are active and have purchased to monitor heart rate and performance while working out......do not purchase a strapless heart rate monitor. They are completely inaccurate. I did a correlation during a spinning class and found disparities of over 40 bpm (Fitbit measuring significantly lower heart rates). And that was when it actually measured a heart rate. Further, their measuring advice is also incorrect. My wrist size suggested a small. Upon receipt, directions advice to wear farther up your wrist. My device was too small. Got a replacement after waiting three weeks. Only to find...wearing it loseky further up your wrist (how does that work....slides down) yields no improvement in accuracy. This product was a huge disappoint and Fitbit is very difficult with returns. They guarantee satisfaction or a full refund....try finding a human or someone to answer an email. I have never been so dissatisfied by a porduct, or the customer service. Total joke!! Polar and Garmin offer trackers that will also record heart rate with a chest strap which, after much research, appears to be the only way to accurately track and monitor performance when working out. This product so marketed to active people....it does not perform.

I purchased this for my sister's birthday. She absolutely loves it. Never has any problems synchronizing it to her iPhone 6s, and it imports the data to the Health app no problem.

I have been hesitant and skeptical about fitness trackers and their ability to effect changes on behavior. However, having gotten one I am a believer now. Just having this on my wrist and competing with my wife has really motivated me to move more, and push further than I had previously. The device itself is comfortable, easy to use, has respectable battery life, and really does provide useful metrics.

Purchased the original Charge for my wife, who used it faithfully and thankfully. The casing began to fray so I bought the Charge HR as a replacement. After 3 weeks, she loves it. It is comparable to the regular Charge but she has used the additional heart monitor frequently. Maybe not as accurate as a medical devise but good enough to tell if her heart rate is really elevated. Just what we wanted.

    Worked for 4mths

Purchased Sept 2015 and stopped working properly Jan2016. Apparently, Fitbit has a known issue that engineers have been working on for months. Suddenly, my ChargeHR stopped syncing, wouldn't keep the right time or date. After troubleshooting with 2 of their help options they are finally replacing it. However, it bothers me that Fitbit is continuing to sell these with a known bug. When it worked, I loved it. Just hoping the next one lasts longer than 4mths.

Got FITBIT to track heart rate/exercise

Disappointed, calories burned, steps walked, HR all inaccurate. Hoping Fitbit comes out with fix. Think this is a great idea, but bought to track my fitness, but only thing does real accurate is tell time and tell me who is calling. Several people on Fitbit community forums have complained of same this. Make sure you check their reviews before purchasing. Friend purchased one same time I did and is having same problem. Also, the sizing seems to be smaller then listed.

Great fitness watch, but sync issues

Does what is says it will do. FitBit app on iPhone is laid-out clearly and very user-friendly. Watch has simple interface and a nice look. It does a good job reading heart rate which was a primary reason for selecting this model. Would be five stars except that it occasionally has issues syncing with the iPhone by bluetooth. One sync took almost twenty minutes!

    Heart rate monitor errors

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

This device does not work for me. My main reason for purchasing the Fitbit HR was for the heart rate monitor, HOWEVER about half the time it is wrong by a factor of two. IE if my heart rate is 62, Fitbit HR reads 124. I have tried all of the tech support tips such as wearing it 3" from wrist. (BTW, super uncomfortable to wear a band in middle of forearm) Nothing works consistently, I've tried 2 units already. Documentation states that different personal physiology will affect accuracy. This device does not work on me. If I'm an outlier, fair enough- but I suspect the optical sensor technology is not yet refined. I'm sure Fitbit will eventually release updates to make the sensor work well for more people, but I am returning it.
