    Disappointed

Purchased the Fitbit Charge HR for my wife, initially at another retailer. That unit failed within a week (would not accept a charge). I returned it to the retailer, then re-purchased the same unit at Best Buy in hopes I would get better technical support. The Geek Squad's technical support to help me get set up was great, but after a day that unit also failed (download issues) and the Geek Squad said I had another defective unit. I did not give Fitbit a chance for a 3rd strike; just returned the defective unit for a refund (no issues with Best Buy to do that) and will think about a different manufacturer.

    Great Fitness Tracker

I purchased this Fitbit after having a cheap off-brand one previously. I used to collect "steps" just for folding laundry. This one, worn on the arm, is incredibly accurate and only tracks actual steps. The only flaw I see so far is that it doesn't record steps taken while holding onto a shopping cart handle. I love the features, the app and the accuracy.

    Good step counter

I like the Fitbit Charge HR, however, I feel as though the heart rate monitor and calorie counter really isn't accurate. Mine always measures on the low end. One of my workout friends (who is around the same build as myself) wears a chest monitor and it said she burned double the calories I did during the same workout.

Bought this for my 17 yo, she loves the vibrating alarm and the caller ID which you can get by downloading an app in about 3 minutes.

This product works flawless for me no issues at all. Every step counted heart rate is accurate. The software side too is easy to use

This watch is really useful if you exercise everyday. It's not accurate sometimes but so far it does the job.

Works great for most things, but is often inaccurate in counting stairs. Other than it's great!

Very happy I decided to get a Fitbit. I actually like it more than my Apple Watch. Cute new color, much more comfortable on my wrist than the Alta. Extremely accurate. Perfect for every day.

The two Fitbits I had both broke down and they let me return it but now it has broke down again. I think it was very bad coming in the store 5 or more times to return this product. I love this fitbit, but they need to have this product last longer. It was not charging.

This purchase was for daughter in law, I myself already had one and love it. She really loves hers too. Wish battery lasted longer but if you turn off setting for heart rate it doesn't need to be on all the time the battery does last a little longer. Overall very nice purchase : )

Bought it for my girlfriend. It's a great way to motivate yourself to walk 10,000 steps. She recently just started taking the next step and got a membership to a gym. My only complaint is it started messing up. Buy the extended warranty

Got the Fitbit for additional data while biking. The heart rate monitor works very well, but it's hard to read while cycling. Still, it was much cheaper than a bike computer upgrade and you don't have to wear a chest strap.

    Can't replace the band..

Works ok. HR not always correct based on comparisons with a good pulse OX and BP cuff. Not all that comfortable. The iPhone app is really nice and I like the tracking. Big issue is that the band is not replaceable. If it breaks you are out of luck. Discovered this when I needed to get the larger band. Checked with FitBit and the bands are not consumer replaceable. Not good for a watch type product!
