I bought this for my daughter and it is easy to set up and use , she loves it

Excellent gift for you or someone else! Able to HR and activity tracker

I was excited to track my fitness progress with the charge hr. However, after a little over one month of use, it stopped syncing with my Fitbit app. The clock is also three hours ahead, even though it is set on the correct time zone. I tried everything the website recommended, and nothing worked. I contacted customer service, who was very friendly, but told me they didn't know what the problem was. They informed me someone would get back to me in a couple of days. I'm very disappointed that I spent $150 on this for it to stop working so soon. What's the point of having a fitness tracker if you can't track anything? Will not be purchasing any trackers from this brand again.

Does exactly what it was advertised to do. I love it!

Fitbit is an amazing fitness buddy extremely accurate

I've had the Fitbit charge HR since Christmas and I love it. It really made me aware of my sedentary lifestyle, and now I feel weird if I don't have it on. It would be five stars if it would just buzz/message me when I've been inactive for too long, especially since I work on a computer all day.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She wears it frequently and enjoys using the app. It has several functions but, really likes that it keeps track of her daily step count, heart rate and notifies her when she receives a phone call. Very light weight and holds a charge for 4 or 5 days.

This device is really a wearable = you forget you have it on your wrist. It's light and doesn't get in the way. I particularly like the heart rate monitoring, which seems more accurate than the machines I use at the gym. Very sensitive, it counts every steps I do. Best device I tried so far.

My wife got this for Christmas and I have had nothing but problems syncing it. So I visited fitbit to figure how to fix it and What do I find. Fitbit knows they have a problem with some charge HR not syncing and say they are working with their engineers to fix it. But try their other sloutions to fix it in the meantime. Ooh by the way you may have to do this multiple times. I tried all the fixes still no luck. Not worth the money

My wife's only complaint with this fitbit is that she experienced some kind of rash from either the band or the contacts that keep the fitbit in contact with the skin. There was some redness for a couple of days, but it appears to have resolved.

I turned it on and set it up online and automatically it said I burned 762 calories and walked 56 steps. My calorie logged dated back to 2013 and farther and I never had one of these before. I contacted a representative from Fitbit and they had no clue what was going on and were making up excuses they were saying "simple arm movements can do this", but I never even put the device on. The representatives weren't understanding what I was trying to say and kept making excuses for me to keep it and got very defensive when I said I was returning it. I even reset the device to factory settings and even that didn't work. I'm very disappointed and I am going to return it asap.

Keeps track pretty accurately but the only issue is that while I'm working out that it loses heart rate I'm guessing because of the sweat. And compared to my heart monitor with a chest strap fit bit is 250 calories less than my monitor.

I have been using the Fitbit charge hr for about a month. It has made a radical difference. I now have a better understanding of my gym work and daily movement. The sleep monitoring has been a surprise benefit. Excellent purchase. I do recommend it.

This is the Fitbit my son wanted for his bday. He likes the watch type band and that it has the time. He has enjoyed getting his 10k step alerts. We don't really use the heart rate feature so I have no comment on how accurate it may or may not be.

The step counter is great but it also provides an alarm that you set with your phone that vibrates which helps me wake up for work in the morning. You can also connect it to via Bluetooth to your phone and till will tell you who is calling you.

I bought a FitBit Charge HR as a motivator/monitor to start running. It has worked very well & the associated app is very useful. My one issue with the product is that the sides of the screen seem to chip very easily.

I purchased this for my wife for Mother's Day. The set up was easy and intuitive. It easily tracks your movement level when you are doing cardio work, not so much for activity that does not increase your heart rate.

I decide to purchase a fitbit, I've had a Polar Watch but wanted something less obtrusive. I'm glad for the switch there are many additional options with the program which I'm enjoying. I liked it so much I bought one for my husband.

This is the third fitbit product I've had and I don't plan on ever buying any of their products again. For the first 6 months their products are great and useful, but once the warranty expires (and I mean literally a week or two after the 1 year is up) they fall apart and stop charging and the only thing fitbit will do is try to give you a coupon to buy more of their products. It's honestly a waste of money unless you don't mind paying $150 a year for a new tracker.
