When I first purchased my Fitbit, I was worried it would be bulky, as I was never a watch-wearer. It became almost a part of me immediately! So comfortable and the data that it tracks is seemingly very accurate. I love it!

this is great for getting into shape but it breaks after a few years. wish it was more stable

My wife loves her Fitbit. She wanted something that would track more than her steps and the Fitbit was exactly the right product. It seems to hold its battery life and we have seen no performance issues.

I bought this for my daughter in law I thought this would be put to good use while her husband is away in the Military, she's trying to get better in fit.

After reviewing all possible options for a fitness tracker, I finally decided to buy this one. I definitely do not regret it. It is sleek with accurate monitoring and has a great customer support.

Easy to set up. Product has great features. Sizing runs small on the Best Buy website. I chose the middle size which was bigger than my wrist size but I had to exchange for a bigger FitBit.

Fir bit hr is not worth 2 cents won't keep a 6 hr chg and will not track a thing. customer support is no help and will be returning

Got it for my mother as a gift and she loves it. Had to read up on them since I never used one before and they are all very similar. This one had a few minor things that fit her needs

My wife loves the Charge HR. The battery last about 4 days, with HR turned on the entire time. Luckily she liked the plum color, since that was the only one available in her size.

I am an avid hiker and bike rider and was hoping the fitbit HR would be beneficial. It can be helpful for keeping track of distances and matching to hiking maps. However, I find the HR system to be extremely irritating. I really only want to wear the fitbit when I am working out. But, when I take it off and carry it around in a backpack or luggage or just leave it on a counter, it constantly tries to read my heart rate and the battery wears out quickly. It is also extremely annoying that I cannot reset the time without attaching to my iPhone. So, when I travel across time zones or the battery runs out, the time cannot be reset easily. I've never been able to get it to sync to my computer. I really want to love my fitbit but honestly it's just been a real pain. Maybe the non-HR version would be better. At least it wouldn't run down as fast when not on my wrist.

I bought this in Nov 2015. Then around Feb 2016 it stopped working and after multiple scenarios, I had to restore it to factory default, losing all my data. Then the band started coming apart from the "face". I was okay with that (kinda) b/c I found some slide on covers at Amazon. THEN, last week (Aug 2016) the band almost completely broke! Luckily (I thought) it didn't break completely so I took it off before losing it. A call to Fitbit's Customer Service dept and was told they would send out a replacement. Now reading online, I may get a refurbished tracker that has no "new" warranty. My original warranty will expire - even on the replacement - in just a few months. Guess I will have to find a substitute. Probably no more fitbit for me!

I am 60 years old and I went through 3 FB HR units in a years time, all for different reasons. When they work they are OK for the price. The FB HR is very fragile and will not last. When you call Support they are very friendly, but they are reading from a script and speak limited English... Buy the warranty or you will be very disappointed because the FB HR has about a 3 to 4 month life span at best... When the warranty is out and your FB is dead they are kind enough to offer you a 25% discount to buy another of their poorly designed units. I passed on that offer because I was tired of dealing with Support every few months. They do not last...!!! Vote with your dollars and buy something else...

I loved my first FitBit until it started to come apart at some of the seams. I didn't want to give up on my fitness program so I purchased a new one.

Almost never take it off! I try my best to make my daily goal. Battery is exceptinal,feature gives much variety! If you want this,It's definitely worth it!

Everyone loves their Fitbits, until they break. But, no worries, Fitbit customer support will step up and replace it, no questions asked!

A little difficult to learn all of its features, but given enough time, it can be done. Does it's job as advertised. Very helpful tool.

My wife loved her fitness tracker, I bought it on mothers day and we know compete to see which will make the biggest achievements.

Good product. Bought two and within 3 months the bands were bubbling and separating.

It works, but for 150 the band is cheap and breaks easy. They always replace it for free but I've replaced over 5 times now.

I love wearing this! Makes me wanna do more cause I don't wanna lose the competition against my friends and family. Great battery life!
