Buyer Beware

Replacement was received 11-17-15. It quit 4-28-16. I now have $150 rubberband because customer service said I have no recourse. 13 months total for 2 fitbits and the response was"with proper care and use it should last a long time". The representative would not acknowledge that there was a quality issue with the product. I am disappointed with the customer service and would recommend a serious review of reviews before purchasing this product. I am not the only one with a less than acceptable experience with a fitbit product.
