I loved the watch, but it failed and I have had no response from Fitbit and Bestbuy for repair/replacement.

Had two fall apart. One in warranty and the other a few months later (after the original 1 year warranty. Button cover pops off and there's no way to put it back. Poorly made and not worth the price even on clearance. No watch (especially one made for fitness) should break so easily. Poorly made.

    Lifespan was short for me

I purchased the Fitbit Charge HR and the lifespan was 1-1/2 years. I think for what they cost, they should last longer than that. I don't think you should have to replace this almost yearly. I did not abuse it and Fitbit has the attitude of too bad...so sad.

    2 Fitbit's in 2 Years - Just Don't Last

2 Fitbit Charge's in two years. I bought this Fitbit for my wife. The first Fitbit failed and was replaced under warranty. The second Fitbit failed within a year as well. Not for daily wear.

    Don't do it

It's cool when it works, but it won't last. I don't know anyone that hasn't had an issue with their Fitbit. The warranty only covers the first 12 months. I expect more than 12 months of use out of something that costs ~$100.

The piece that holds the charger in breaks every 6-8 months. Theyll replace it in the first year, but after that its done. Its probably worth upgrading or looking towards another brand.
