I found it very easy to set up the Fit Bit HR. Easy to see how many steps I have taken, what my resting heart reate is, etc... I would have liked more explanation within the directions in the box instead of on-line, but that isn't a major fault.

once you get used to the tightness level needed for the sensors to work correctly, it becomes a part of you. great motivator to hit your target goals and heart rate monitoring at various events.

I have been wearing my Fitbit for 6 weeks and have noticed that I am changing my every day living because I am able to track my steps as well as other things. My husband loved mine so much that he got one as well! We are now pushing each other to achieve our goals.

Best purchase ever. Was purchased because i have a heart condition and needed to monitor my heart rate. But its motivated me to walk more by using the step tracker.

Not a whole lot to say about it except it is exactly what I expected and I do tons of research before a purchase like this. So my expectations are very high. I love the heart rate monitor and it is very comfy and not super bulky! Love watching those calories burning!

Fitbit HR keeps me on track with fitness goals -- my success over the last year and a half using the Fitbit has recruited at least 5 others to get one. Fitbit customer service is the BEST. Lose it and the replace it. Best Buy I've made almost ever.... Get it it works!!

This product is a good value for the money. Between the features and it's capabilities I feel that it really helps with tracking my progress. The app has a lot of features and is really interactive. I also like that you can link up with friends who are registered and challenge each other. However, I do not feel that it is not as accurate as it could be. I work in a physically demanding job and at times I use my hands and arms a lot. I have noticed that when I do have a lot of movement with my arms and hands, it will track as steps and it will say that I have walked further than what I really have. I feel there should be a way to set you Fitbit to not count steps if you are not walking, but I have not found a way to turn off the feature; but I'm not really tech savvy. Overall, good product and would recommend it to novice exercise enthusiasts.

Good combination of features that will work well with other apps (eg LoseIt!) to give an broad picture of health. The charge mileage might vary significantly with settings and use.

I love being able to see my progress throughout the day through the app, tracking my eating and water consumption! It's also fun to compete with friends to see who takes the most steps over a period of time.

My wife was looking for a fitness tracker with a heart monitor that is not a chest strap. She was hesitant because of not knowing how accurate it would be. After using it for a few days, she loves it. The heart rate monitor works well, as well as all the other features.

Got this for my wife, who is NOT technical. She LOVES it. Easy to use, syncs seamlessly with her phone, tracks what she needs. A GREAT Christmas gift for her, guys.

The setting up is really buggy. We bought 2 of these a month ago and one has refused to be found and synced by the Fitbit app running on our laptop. The other one syncs fine. The pulse rate is typically off when the band is tightened as recommended. Product support is very good when you call but to supporting materials provide very little info: printed material included is a joke and online documents are not much better so it requires a significant amount of time to make it work for you; and I admit that I haven't spent that time so for now it is just counting steps for me (and even that might not be as accurate as you think - at least when I measure on 50 steps or so)

Bought this to track my heart rate throughout the day and during my workouts. Got so much more than i thought i bought: sleep monitor, calorie counter, activity tracker and even an alarm clock that wakes me up with a slight vibrating on my wrist. Excellent purchase.

I absolutely love my Fitbit! Battery last a long time. I like setting goals and challenging myself. Love the fact that it tracks my sleep. Didn't realize it came in different sizes and the sales person didn't advise me either. Thankfully, the one I purchased fits.

I bought this for my wife. She's been using it every day since and she loves it. The app on smartphone works great and it's cool that you can have a update every time you open it. Battery life is not that great however hence the four stars.

HR and sleep pattern is pretty accurate but total steps not so much although gives you a good idea.. Would recommend although a little pricey.

Previously had the fitbit flex. Battery life lasted longer than the Charge HR. Have to charge every 3 days. Wrist strap prevents accidentally dropping and losing like the flex. Love being able to view incoming phone calls on the Charge HR.

This item was purchased to replace my Fitbit Flex, as my Flex stopped taking a battery charge. Greatly improved battery charging, options and features as a heart rate monitor was something I was looking for.

Great product! Super accurate! Heart rate monitor matched the machine I was working out on. I wear it every day and it keeps me motivated to exercise more.

I originally had the Fitbit Flex which I loved, but when I saw my sister with the Fitbit HR and saw all the benefit, I immediately upgraded to this model. I love that it notifies me when someone is calling me on my cell and best feature is the heart rate monitor.
