Runs small. I measured my wrist off what I printed online and said small. Fits but I think large would of been better. You can not push a grocery cart or stretcher and have it count steps. Apparently it only counts steps when moving arms. Love the challenges. Love it calculates distance I've went during day and calories I've burned. HR monitor is accurate.

I rated this product as a four (well I would have gave it 4.5 but didn't have the option) because I actually came from using Jawbone which had great battery life. The most I can get out of this band is typically 4 days. It's not bad but with the jawbone I could get 7-10 days. I've been very happy with it thus far, I do like the fact that you can see the time and steps on your wrist. I catch myself looking less at the dashboard on my phone which can get distracting at times. I also like the fact this links with your phone so you can get an alert when someone is calling; there are numerous times my phone is on vibrate in the bottom of my purse! Last con, the band (black) is only offered in small and large. I wasn't sure which one to get because I would normally go for the in between but I ended up going with a small. I tried it on in the store and just went with the small but I do recommend you trying before purchasing and get what you are comfortable with. You do have to wear this watch a little tighter than I normally like for the heart monitor but I've gotten use to it. I like my watches a little loose where they slide a little but again I've gotten use to it now and I've had it a little over a month.

It is amazing how well this Charge HR tracks your daily activities from heart rate to steps taken. I recently got serious about an exercise routine (30 days now) and the ability to track and analyze changes in my heart rate, active minutes and sleep patterns is quite spectacular. These technical details resonate wth the fact that I also feel better. You will honestly be surprised regarding all of the healthy facts you will learn about your daily routine.

My wife wanted one of these after her original UP band stopped working and holding a charge. She has it for a little over a month now and she really loves it. The things is tracks, as far as heart rate, steps, a clock, and syncing to your phone letting you know who is calling, are all pretty slick. Having the screen on the band also makes it easier to check instead of having to look through an app. I personally am not into fitness trackers, but she enjoys them and the challenges her family and friends set up through them.

Buying this was a great decision. The small definitely means small though! My wrist is pretty small, but I wear it on the second to last rung. As for product quality, I've had it for six weeks and am really happy with it, great for casuals and athletes alike! I found the heart rate monitor/pedometer to be pretty accurate. It does come desynced with my android sometimes though, and the app and Bluetooth need to be turned off and on again for it to work. If that doesn't fix it, I restarted the tracker and that did it. The desync problem is pretty infrequent, though.

The ChargeHR is awesome. I've never used a heart rate tracker before, so I'm not quite sure if it's 100% accurate, but it's so useful for monitoring my sleep, calories burned during workouts (especially more stationery ones like circuit training that the FitBit Flex wouldn't be able to track), and steps. There are a few things that can throw the ChargeHR off and generate steps that you didn't actually take, but on the whole, it's an amazing tool.

This is a great tool for active people who are keen to know their Heart Rate, Calories, Steps, Sleep pattern etc etc. I previously owned a Flex (waterproof/showerproof and thin band) and found it very comfortable but didn't have Heart Rate function. I switched up to a Charge - HR which is great. Only downside is that it is not waterproof/showerproof and that it is a thicker band which can be a tad uncomfortable.

I'm glad I purchased this. It really helps me get a sense of my baseline activity level and how it fluctuates. It might have been better to buy the large size. Sometimes I loosen it if my arm feels sweaty. I like how it interfaces with the app. I'm not sure how it determines minutes of activity. That varies a lot even when I have a similar number of steps. On days that I'm close to my goal, I get up and move to take it over the top! I did a great job during our Disney vacation. Busy work weeks- not so much.

I decided to switch to fitbit after going through several jawbone devices in a year. I have to say I am so glad I made the switch! At first I thought it would be difficult to adjust to the larger device but after a couple of days I was use to it. Overall I would say that this activity tracker is far superior to the other trackers I've tried. The app and website are easy to use and paired with the Aria I purchased it gives a great look at my overall health and fitness. I enjoy the badges that I earn and think that is a fun touch. One of my favorite things about this tracker is that it counts steps even when you aren't able to move your arms (in my case when I'm cutting the grass or pushing a shopping cart). I have a large lawn so not getting credit for the effort it takes to cut it use to drive me crazy. This is not a problem now! I find the heart rate monitor to be off at times. Like when I'm doing p90x in my living room and feel like my heart is about to beat out of my chest and my tracker says my heart rate is only at 78 bpm, but when I go for a brisk walk it will say that my heart rate is over 140 bpm when I am barely breaking a sweat. These are really the only times that I feel like it is truly off however so I can live with it. The only other issue is the short battery life. When can we get a solar powered tracker!?! But it doesn't take long to recharge so I just keep my cable with me. Other fun touches are the silent alarm and that you can set the Tracker to vibrate and display the number of the person calling you on your cell phone. If you are looking for an affordable tracker that packs a lot of tech in highly recommend this product.

The Charge HR is good for tracking your heart rate, steps taken per day and sleep patterns. However, I do question how accurate it actually is as sometimes it seems I should have taken more "steps". I do like the feature of time of day automatically displayed when you raise your arm to view. On the negative side, in my case I had to replace the first Fitbit Charge HR I had purchased because after two charges, it would not charge again the third time. I brought it back to Best Buy where the Geek Squad looked at it and had BB replaced it with a new one. Note: the Fitbit needs to be charged every week through a USB connection.

I really am enjoying my new Fitbit! It keeps track of steps, stairs, heart rate, etc. I like the watch feature (when I just twist my wrist toward me). With my eyesight, I can't wear a watch, but I can see the digital display on this! The reason I didn't give it a 5, is I wish there would have been some manual with it (just a few pages would have been nice). Nothing came with at all-except to give you the website to go to.Found the manual online though. Other than than, the product is excellent.

I really like my fitbit, but I do have one issue with it. It lights up frequently, even without pressing the button or tapping the unit. I feel like this runs my battery down quicker than it should. I finally turned the tap mode off since it seemed to be oversensitive without a way to adjust the sensitivity. We'll see how much this helps battery life. The heart rate does seem to be pretty accurate. I tracked it during a run with another heart rate monitor (chest strap) and the fitbit was spot on.

Bought the Fitbit Charge HR as a birthday present for my wife and she absolutely loves it! She had been interested in Fitbit products for a while, being a gym and workout fanatic, so when she received it she was thrilled. Apart from logging the number of steps, distance traveled, stairs climb the Fitbit Charge HR also manages the heart rate and - through the app on your smartphone - how many calories you've been consuming and burning! This means it is great for those wanting to push and motivate themselves for a healthier lifestyle!

I previously had the Fitbit Flex. I upgraded to the Charge HR and it's so much better. I can track my steps, distance, heart rate, floors climbed and sleep so much better with this. I'm in competition with myself every day and I love it! I'm a health and fitness fanatic, so this is perfect. Great purchase!

I love knowing what my heart rate is depending on what activity I do during the day. The steps are good overall as I get to benchmark over time, but the count isn't totally accurate as movement doesn't always correlate to steps. for instance, sometimes it has me at several hundred steps before I get up in the morning, and that is really from tossing and turning. It is accurate for aerobic sports I do - run, soccer, tennis - and the step count helps me energy-wise for longer outings.

Main reason I wanted this one is for the HR tracking ability. App is easy to use and love the food tracking ability. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because unless I'm using the "log exercise" on app the distance tracked by FitBit itself wasn't accurate for a 3.5 mile run I do frequently. I find that when I'm short of my step goal, I am motivated to get out and achieve my goal. I use the vibrate alarm instead of alarm clock to wake up and it's just a subtle more pleasant way to wake up.
