Loved this version, but got the newer one as a gift.

This is my second Fitbit. I like the product but hate the band closure. I lost my first Fit Bit due to it falling off. This one has fell off my arm two times already. I even went to the fit bit website and used a suggestion someone posted about using velcro. It still comes apart but the velcro holds it on as long as I notice it. I notified the website about the problem and all they suggested was to make sure it snaps to close. Yes it does that but I still did not get a clear solution to the problem. As stated I like the concept of the fit bit charge but would like it if they came up with a durable fastener. I would recommend this product if it had a different closure. They have a good closure on the fit bit hr but I do not like the HR.

I like the Fitbit. It is a good motivator,the sleep tracker is very accurate too

Nothing else to compare it to... If you have normal intelligence and situational awareness, there is no value added unless you are just lazy and don't pay attention to what you do during the day. If you want to track it, spend a couple bucks on a pen & cheap notepad.

This item was a great buy. I use it all the time to track all my daily activity.

The larger band is less irritating than my previous fitbit. I used to have the flex.
