    I was under the impression I could return an on line purchase to the store without a problem. This is not the case. I bought a Fit Bit for sale price on line and wanted an even exchange to change the color. The nasty staff said I have to pay full price. After insisting for a manager, I was told " Do not bring it back again or I would be charged full price. I will never go to Best Buy again or use their online service

    The fitbit was pretty cool until 6 weeks in it stopped holding a charge for any length of time and then wouldn't charge at all. 8^( Maybe it is just a bad one. I sure hope the replacement works as advertised AND for way longer than 6 weeks.
