My fitbit "charge" was a great investment. It helped me identify trends in weight and nutrition. I got mine about two weeks after I started my diet. In the three months since I've lost 36 pounds. It's fun and easy to track your activities throughout the day. It easily syncs with my favorite food and calorie counter; my fitness pal". MFP has a huge database of food and their caloric and nutritional values. Fitbits database is much smaller. A couple of after market items to consider; custom sized display protection and neoprene band protectors. The display scratches easily. The band can easily open, so the band's are essential. These items can be purchased on line.

This is perfect for me, it tracks my daily steps and also tracks my workout when I use the built in stop watch. Also tracks my sleep automatically and reports the number of time I wake up and the number of time I'm restless along with the total time each of these lasted. I have something in common with most of you reading this I'm trying to lose a few pounds and with the app on my HTC One, I enter my age, height, and current weight, then it allows me to easy enter the amount of weight I would like to loose and gives my daily calorie Budget. Has I enter what food I have eaten it update to show what I have left in daily budget to meet my weight loss goal. It is very easy to enter what I have eaten, I can scan it, or look it up, or create a custom food, which I like for building whole meals for very easy entry. The app gives you 3 meal and 3 snacks each day. It also has a weekly graph that show if you where under or over your daily budget. So far I have lost 3 pounds.

Purchased this Fitbit to help me count my steps but soon realized it's sooooo much more than that. It helps me connect and challengemotionally my friends, it tracks my food and my sleep, it counts my steps, and keeps me on track. Plus it's extremely accurate. Best step count I've seen!

I needed to track my sleeping habits and this does just that. I also like to know how many steps I take in one day. This fitbit tells me how many steps I take, calories burned, how many steps I walk up or down, how many hours I sleep and if they were restless or not. I really like this fitbit.

Awesome tracking of daily activities; including sleep patterns and it tells me where I stand in terms of fitness levels and what I need to improve further. I have already recommended to my friends

Love it. I wear it everyday and night. It keeps me aware of my steps or lack of steps. It helps me monitor my sleep, but the convenience of the caller ID is probably my favorite thing about my Fitbit.

Received fitbit for my birthday. It has kept me motivated as friends challenge me to work harder. Having fun while getting exercise.

I love this fitness tracker, keeps me motivated. My only complaint is the band can pop lose I've already lost one because of this.

I love being able to see my actual steps, the time, calories burned, and staircases climbed. The actual numbers help to motivate me to get to 10,000!

I was hesitant at first about getting one. Not sure if I would really use it. I love it. Only time I take it off is to take a shower.o

This Fitbit charge is the lowest priced item out there. Depending on what you're looking for. Can't go wrong tracks my bicycle or walking/running route. Plus you can monitor your calorie intake. These are just some of the few benefits.

It's a great product for tracking your exercise and/or sleep.

Great I wish it had a secure strap clasp and water proof. I have had it unhook so I modified the strap with a hair tie. I wash my hands a lot and am afraid of putting it under water

Good product, pretty durable. But wearing it pretty much for a year killed it. Will no longer charge and the band is separating from the device. Would have been ideal to have it last two years. I would say get any fitbit that has the heart rate monitor, so the next unit up.
