The ability to track calories in and out encourages you to reduce portion size while still eating what you like. Battery could be a bit more reliable.

Two reasons, I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. 1. Survey did not me a 41/2 option which I would have given it. 2. Wrist band is often difficult to close and will open and fall off it not closed so you hear it click

The food tracker on the app could be a bit better and it doesn't work very well on the treadmill. I wish s health would let it sync to it, but that problem is on samsung's side.
