I've moved up to the Blaze model but this Charge was everything I expected it to be. Fits well and was comfortable. Only thing to not make it 5 stars is battery life. My Blaze can last 5-7 days while the Charge is more like 3-5.

Been a Fitbit user for years, so purchased this for my son as needs some motivation and has sleep issues. It supposedly has automatic sleep function, but it never would activate. We returned it for another brand..see my other reviews

A great item once the sync is working, but the sync and display often stop working with the app. Sometimes the settings reset automatically. I also wish the band was replaceable.

Not a fan of the band, seems to fall off easily in my line of work. Other than that I like this activity tracker. Moderately high accuracy, I like the notification feature for texts.

Purchased 2 of this product. One for my wife and one for me. I thought it was a pretty good purchase. I ended up purchasing a total of 3 overall of this particular model. Great starter fitness watch.

Looks great and is comfortable. However I am positive my steps and sleep patterns are being recorded incorrectly. Ended up returning it. Read a review saying compared to the Apple Watch and another brand, it wasn't even close.

I had the FitBit flex and liked it. I love the new features in this. So far the product is working as expected. We also purchased the Charge HR and if tracking heart rate is important to you, it is well worth the extra money.

I do love the band but the Fitbit app does not work with the Nexus 6 at all. I have to constantly sync to my laptop to view progress. Plus that problem eliminates the call notification feature due to no connection to phone. Go figure.

Every year the fitness resolutions come and go...this one will keep going. It's easy to use and for the price you pay it's much more affordable than Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig!

The actual functionality of the product is awesome, but I had to recharge my fitbit every day and it wasn't supposed to be charged but once every 5-7 days. I would not recommend this product until the battery be changed out.

Fitbit. It's synonymous with activity tracking; they are the go-to brand for most consumers. This is a decent unit. It wears well, holds up under basic usage, and does what it says. I ended up returning the unit and getting the Charge HR because I decided I wanted the heart rate monitoring and a better wrist band. That's my one complaint with this device. It still uses the two-prong wristband where two nubs push through two holes in the band. While it isn't insecure, it isn't as secure as I'd like. The HR version has a wristband similar to most watches where the post inserts into the band...much more secure.

This is the one "gadget" that motivates me to get and stay in shape. I am meeting my daily fitness goals because I bought a Fitbit. I am 74 years old and walk at least 15,000 steps per day - thanks to Fitbit. I love it!

was a good product but I had to replace it 3 times dues to bad bands and to just stopped working once. Insurance is a must for this product. The Alta is an upgrade

Great at first, but now keeps getting stuck at the point where it is logging steps. I have to reset and have lost steps walked as I didn't realize it until some time later. This has happened three times in the last week.

I was hoping this issue was behind Fitbit, but I guess not. The rash comes back after wearing it for a day. Now have to wear for only part of the day. Otherwise a very good wearable. Would like to see it be waterproof.

The first Fitbit broke within 30 days! It just stopped working. I took it back and a replacement was given. Today I lost it, and a stranger ran to give it to me. The clamps fell off. Now I'm going to get a replacement clamp.

The readings were not reliable. They showed that I walked 150 steps during the night... I don't sleep walk. It showed that I burned 240 calories during the night, but I wasn't wearing it. Also, the band is not comfortable.

I like the Fitbit Charge over the others that measure your heart rate. The ones that measure your heart rate have a tendency two affect the nerves in your wrist and send a burning sensation to your skin.

Love fitbit but they need to do a better job with these straps and the tracker. Bought in March, now in October my Charge won't synch after 5 days. I have tried everything. This is my second one. Come on fitbit!

I haven't had the chance to check the accuracy of this as compared to my flex but I love the addition of the screen and the ability to be notified when a call is coming in.
