Band came unglued from the tracker. Had to get it replaced with the warranty. Fitbit was great about it though.

My wife and I really like this device. It has several options to choose from for activities and challenges. We are regularly competing with each other which has helped us use the Charge more fully.

love my fitbit,i wish the band was a little more flexible. hope it doesn't break after wearing it a long time and placing in the same hole to fasten it.

This is a great product. Affordable and very comfortable. Wish it was waterproof and more durable but I have had no issues. Great coustomer service!

Fitbit has an error reading for the sleep tracker every other night. If you are trying to track your sleep habits you will not get an accurate representation.

the Charge band kept coming off. the siding was just held together with glue and it just wasn't working out

The fit bit charge has a comfortable design and a design and displays your steps and time. It can also get call notifications from a variety of phones.

I would say the Fitbit Charge is average due to the cover coming off of the band. In other words it came unglued, so I had to get another one. Customer service was quick and responsive from Fitbit which was nice, and I got it for free, but that shouldn't of happened. Overall I like it, and I use it for a watch mostly. I feel like the step counter isn't to accurate. Sometimes i'll be opening up a jar of something or shaking my hand and it counts multiple steps.

I love my fit bit! It really inspires me to get out there and walk! And I added a friend who also has one and she helps to keep me motivated without me having to pay some gym fee or diet doc!

This Fitbit is good for motivation to get you active but isn't as accurate as I had hoped it would be. I really wish the battery lasted longer also!

Nice and comfortable, work well. My only issue is that the wrist band started to tear. That's why I would recommend getting the protection plan.

This is one of the best product for exercising. prior to fit bit I thought I walk a lot but getting one now I know I don't move as much as I should

Love how is keeps track of everything I do! Only problem was the battery was defective so it took about a week for Fitbit to replace my tracker.

First of all had a tough time putting it on my wrist and when I finally got it to stay it kept popping open so I returned it to Best Buy to get a refund which they graciously gave me.

The FitBit Charge is a great product and performs exactly as advertised. The connection with my Apple product was easily performed, and I am able to track multiple health and fitness activities.

Great addition to any workout routine, but it really just ends up being a curiosity tool for everyday life.

I actually returned this one and got the one with HR. I bought it from T-Mobile versus Best Buy. I never got water underneath the band but after about two months it bubbled up, and after 6 months it lost its accuracy with the steps and time. It started of fun competing with my conworkers, but it's way to cheat without literally walking. I would get the Apple Watch or Samsung versus this mess. I promise you will lose interest fast.

4th one. Great idea to get the warranty. Like the idea, but the battery and the band are very fragile.
