I love that is item makes me want to meet my goals and move by just wearing it. It's especially fun to request and add friends who have fitbits and participate in the competitions.

I absolutely love my fitbit it helps me get motivated and wonderful to see exactly what your body is doing steps, calories it is so worth it don't know how I lived without it.

Rocking in my chair causes it to count my steps so I take it off when I sit in a rocking chair. Otherwise, everything about it works great!

The Fitbit allows tracking of steps and reaching daily goals. I enjoy the ability to compete with family and friends, which is a great incentive. It has many features that I like to use.

My Fitbit has kept me in check every day!!! My water intake has doubled and I have increased my walking time greatly!! Great way to help keep me on par with weight loss!!!

not sure who to believe, my fitbit gives me different totals for mileage and calories than my iphone and my map my walk app. but it is convenient

Item when it catches on to something will disconnect and fall off of your wrist. All FIBITs should be made with the same fastener as the HR.

I have been checking out a lot of fitness trackers and ended up getting this one. I love all the features, the only thing I didn't like was it wasn't waterproof. I would recommend it!

I bought two of these. 1 came in fine and works well. The second was missing the syncing dongle and I had to call Fitbit for a new one.

My Fitbit quit taking a charge after 2 weeks. I contacted Fitbit directly and they were great. I had a replacement in a week, no questions asked. My replacement is awesome!

Not bad for the price. Its reasonably durable, but doubt it will last an entire year. Would recommend getting the extended warranty.

This is a very nice tracker. Nice and simple. It would have been if it had a bigger LCD screen.

Only problem is it separates where you might get it wet washing your hands. I didn't purchase geek squad so I couldn't return it.

BestBuy offered me a warranty/replacement plan for the Fitbit Charge for $30 or so. I declined, but the salesman then warned me about the battery issues commonly seen with this product. Little did I know, I'm within my first 6 months and am now on my third FitBit. Luckily, FB's customer service is great; unlike the craftmanship of the items.
