I had the original one and felt it was time to update. I am trying to be as health conscious as possible and this is a great tool.

My grandson is an athlete and wanted the Fitbit to track his fitness since he is too young to join a gym. He simply loves it. So since he likes it , granny is thrill.

Got tired of my phone incorrectly tracking my steps/miles so I bought this. Works really well and doubles as a sleek watch.

originally bought the charge that didn't have a heart rate feature, after replacing it three times, I decided to upgrade to the charge HR. worth every extra penny!

I bought this for my wife, who has a small wrist. We got a large, which does work, but a medium would probably have been better. Very easy to sync to phone and use.

Nice watch action, but screen so limited. More importantly, the app did not give me the info I needed, so I switched to another band.

I loved my fitbit Charge at first... but then, it started to act up. I would wake up in the morning, and it told me I had already had taken 457 steps. I looked at the sleep record, a full nine hours for restful sleep. I guess sleep walking is actually restful?? I did like the fact the fitbit took accurate measurements of flights of stairs.

The furniture is great. But two months ago I made a large purchase and still have not received the best buy rewards. I call and same story wait another two weeks

This is my third Fitbit. The first first one was lost and the second one is used by my wife, Both were different models, but worked very well and were very reliable. Within the first week, this model did not show the correct time half way through the day (after being fully charged) . A couple of days later it showed the incorrect number of steps I walked through the day - it was more than 50% off. Very disappointing.

I have been using my Fitbit for over a month now and it is excellent. I even traded in the non-HR version for the HR version and I am much, much happier with it.

Great product for my 13 yr old that wanted to exercise more and stay fit with me. It has been a great motivational tool.

My 9 year old son told me about this product because his teacher uses it at school, and I'm glad he told me to pick one up.

Fitbit fits just right. I don't even realize that I have it on sometimes. It gives me all the info I need for my workouts.

Bought this for my husband for his birthday. He wears it every day and it has proven to be sturdy and reliable.

It does everything I want it to do. The difficult part is getting it on your wrist. The snaps are hard to maneuver with one hand

The tracker worked greast. However, the band did not hold up, especially when very sweaty. Had the band replaced after a couple of months and the new one did the same thing. Too much money spent on a product that doesn't hold up to exertion (thought that was supposed to be what it tracks).

Great Buy, Works excellent. Bought this model instead of the HR model and it was worth the savings. Being able to compete with friends and family is great!

It's a good product to assist in my fitness journey. Only downside is it doesn't count steps when pushing grocery cart.

I purchased this for my 11 year old son and he LOVES it. He sets a personal goals for himself every week. Great device I will purchase another for myself.
