Really like the step tracker, it helps me with my daily goal.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Fitbit! It was easy to install and to wear! I returned it for a purple one but works great!

Three features over the Fitbit Flex(that I love) make up for the larger size and the "can't get it too wet" trade offs- automatic sleep mode #no need to tell it you've gone to bed#, the clock in the new display #I don't wear watch with Fitbit so this was key#, and the caller ID with my iPhone. Battery life has been great - haven't worried about it - only charged it twice since X-mas #about two weeks#

Very Nice Product. We saw this advertised and we thought it would make a nice Christmas gift.

The product is excellent. The customer service received at BestBuy is also excellent. I am using Firbit charge 24/7.

I'm not a gym rat but I like the fact that a fitbit informs me of my daily exercise...and it tells time. Score.

I have very high expectation for this band, but after one day, the screen keeps flashing.

I have had no issues with this device. Took me some time to learn the controls but reading the manual speeds this up.

After may friends purchasing this I finally got mine and I love it. Very easy to use.

I don't like the fact that it count's road bumps as steps when I'm driving or if I clap my hands it counts as steps. It also doesn't count steps when I grocery shop & push a basket. Lots of steps get missed. If they fix those then I would give it 5 stars. I do like that there are challenges you can do with friends & family :)

Only thing I would change it a longer life on battery. Does what it is suppose to do.

This Fitbit is perfect. It counts your steps. The only thing is the app is slow to respond.

Works great and simple. The only issue is the battery only last for the day. Sucks to have to recharge it everyday.

Upgrade from fitbit flex.. Good features.. Excellent buy for First time fitness band users

I have had this product for almost two months and I love it! I love the ability to check my progress on the device and the fact that I don't have to wear a watch too. The rechargeable battery also lasts a long time and will save me the trouble of swapping out batteries every three months. The band, while there is a learning curve, stays on once you figure out how to snap it in. It is much better than the one I got free from my job's wellness program. (It was a small "Pebble" brand with only a series of LED dots on it.) After the wellness program decided to support the Fitbit, and losing the previous tracker (off my foot @ home), I decided to go for the upgrade. First, the band, while it takes getting used to snapping on, is not nearly as horrible as in previous reviews. Once it is properly snapped on, it hasn't fallen off for me, and I have a very active job. It also sits far back enough on my arm that it doesn't get in the way especially when washing my hands. (but I would take it off for washing dishes and definitely showers as it can't be wet.) The Fitbit app also instantly uploads to my wellness program's website (the old tracker took at least 20 minutes) after uploading to the Fitbit .(after setup on both websites of course) My former device While the steps counted and the active minutes (especially) were less than my old foot mounted tracker, I still had no trouble qualifying for the wellness program. But I have made my step goal (as greeted by the vibration) a few times just moving my arm so, I guess the real hard part is the active minutes I also enjoyed the watch function and the ability to read my stats on the device. I haven't linked it to my phone to see how that works (honestly I really don't care about that YMMV) The sleep tracking, while not sleep lab quality, is enough to be interesting. Overall a good purchase. I found the old tracker (with a dead battery) and retired it.
