Loved all the features on this tracker, but had to replace it 4 times (glad I had the warranty) because the band fell apart or it wouldn't hold a charge

Had good experience with other Fitbit products so was expecting no issues. Unit quit functioning within 3 weeks. Tried all the recommended actions from the website but it still would not register the steps.

Bought it for my husband for Christmas. He hasn't been able to use it because it will not charge. Bought through ebay. Put in a request to return & never heard back from you. I will NOT recommend this device.

I bought the one below this first. It lasted about 6 months before the band disintegrated on me. Despite the band issue, I bought this one as a replacement for the other item. I wanted the extra features, I found the heart rate feature to be inaccurate, so I returned it. I did not have it more than a month so I did not get a chance to test the durability of the band.

the side piece broke off 3 1/2 months after having this and trying to get customer support to answer,, well good luck.. may want to look at another device if this is how they treat their customers...

The product lasted for 30 days and then stopped working due to a technology error.

Love the device, but my device will not stay charged but about 12 hours, therefore I cannot use it to measure my sleeping habits. It has to stay charging during the overnight hours

My only issue with this product is the wrist band. The little clip comes undone and then you risk losing the Fitbit. A traditional wrist band would work so much better.

I have had my Fitbit Charge for 5 months. It won't track my active minutes unless i set the timer. My battery will only stay charged 24 hours at the most. My band has cracked. The only thing Fitbit has offered to do is give me a 25% discount to replace the one i have. Why would I want another one? Very poor warranty, and very poor service.

This was the worst items every. It stopped tracking my steps and trying to contact customer service and getting a response was awful..

Updated and it crashed. Wouldn't connect afterwards. The geek zone folks couldn't do it either. Bought a different watch style unit.

Just like the first one, this one also stopped working. It would not keep time. At the moment, it is in my purse to be returned.

I purchased this Fitbit for someone else and a few months later it stopped working. I have no idea what happened but I was told it was great while it lasted!

I am not going to lie this tracker is a good one. But I've heard about better ones. I love the silent alarm feature. It provides a better way of waking up in the mornings.

taking it back this weekend, woke up and it was off and would not take a charge. will give another one a second try

Big disappointment. Seems like the amount of steps it counts is about three times what it should be. Very inaccurate.

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM AND RETURNED IT AFTER A WEEK . THE ITEM WAS NOT ACCURATE. IF I WAS DRIVING IT WOULD RECORD EVERY TIME I WAS MOVING THE STEERING WHEEL.

I bought this brand specifically because it is supposed to notify you when you receive a phone call. It notfied me only twice. I returned it and got another one and it did the same thing. The other features of the FitBit work as advertised, but, I really wanted it to nofify me of phone calls. This item was not for me

While the product is very good, some improvement needs to be made on the wristband covering as with normal wear and tear it starts to come off.

It would not come on after getting it out of the box. I returned it and got the blue one and it's working fine
