I bought my Fitbit in December 2015 and lost it in February 2016. Loved it until then. I had not realized how easy it was to come off!!! It is a great product & I WILL be purchasing another BUT not the Charge. It really does not matter how great a product is if it's not made to last. I was just walking down the street holding my bag on my Fitbit wrist and that caused the clasp to give??

Love it! Does everything I was looking for in fitness tracking and more. Easy to connect through my phone and with friends to compete with each other and motivate each other.

I was looking for a birthday gift for my wife and she had been checking out some of the products along this line but had made no clear choice. I visited my local Best Buy store to view the products in real time and after educating myself I chose this particular Fitbit. She was very pleased when she opened it and has enjoyed using it thus far. Her only complaint was the lack of color choices - there are only two. Otherwise she is quite content and I scored big brownie points :)

Works fine. Enjoying it. It is very eye opening to watch the differences in activity and how it adds up.

I absolutely love my fitbit!! I work in a school and my fellow teachers challenge us weekly to see who can step the most. It is so amazing

I will say their customer service has been great- but, I bought 2 at christmas, I've already had to replace my son's - the material that covers the wrist band started coming off, and now I see mine is starting to "bubble". I don't wear in water etc and i'm not rough on it, so i have no idea why it's doing this- it shouldn't after only a few months. (side note, my daughter had the flex and the charger stopped working after only a few short months)

bought this for my wife. She loves it. She will sometimes walk in place or walk around the house until she gets all the daily steps.

This is not really much more than a pedometer that can also track your sleeping patterns. I don't think this device is worth more than $50

I purchased this tracker to monitor my fitness. It has been a great tool to have.

I love my fitbit charge, it holds a battery charge for about 5 days and it really motivates me to move.

I like my FitBit. It works most of the time. I have had three total fitbits since I made the purchase. I have had to request two repacements because after about a year of wearing it, it starts to break down somehow. I dont get a new one because I like the functions this device has, specifically the vibrate alarm. Great for having little kids.

Got wet and now you see water inside it. It works but has to be charged every 6 hours.

I was really excited to get the Fitbit charge and it fit really nice and looked great on my wrist. I was disappointed as it was constantly counting steps while I was sitting at work... It am disappointed to say the least, I was really wanting to have something that was accurate! I am taking this back and looking it another brand.

When it is working, it works ok. I had a Jawbone UP 2 (a very old one) and I feel like the fitbit charge is not better nor worth than the UP 2. Consider the lower price of UP 2, definitely you should go with jawbone. Anyway I didn't return it, which was proved a mistake. It dies today. The battery will only last for less than 12 hours after a fully charge. Today is the 49th day. My return period just expired and I waste my $100 on it. Fitbit, you need to make something durable to worth the price. (I only use it normally. I only exercise less than twice a month. And I basically only use it to record my steps and sleep. I believe I am using it gently.)

Works great for tracking calories weight exercise and food intake.

The band peels from the device! I contacted Fitbit just a few weeks beyond my year anniversary of ownership of the tracker, not even a full year of wear! Fitbit would not stand by their product. Save your money!! Buy a different brand!

I had to swap out this Fitbit 5 times because the band would break. When it works it's great and does everything I need from a fitness watch. It just can't take the wear and tear of everyday activities.
