I WANTED TO GIVE MYSELF A LITTLE MORE INCENTIVE TO STAY ACTIVE. IT HELPS WHEN YOU CAN LOOK DOWN AND SEE JUST HOW FAR YOU HAVE GONE AND HOW MUCH FURTHER YOU NEED TO PUSH YOURSELF TO OBTAIN YOUR GOALS.

The fitbit is great!! It's really helped me keep track of my steps and intake of food and water. I'm not crazy about the charge cord though. It's way too short and is not very secure in the back of the device.

I use this watch all the time and love that it counts my steps, and also how many calories I burn in a day. Good for anyone who is just beginning in being fit and someone who is extremely fit already.

This is the second device I have purchased of the Fitbit line. Charge HR for myself and the Charge without the Heart Rate Option for another member of the family. Clasp on HR model is much better, but other than that they are equal minus the actual Heart Rate monitor. Do like the Charge HR better because Sleep monitoring seems to be measured not only by movement but also the heart rate which seems more accurate for determining true sleep times. So if there is only a slight difference in price I would go ahead and splurge for the Charge HR. Anytime you catch the Charge model on something you have to make sure it hasn't been loosened from your wrist... Charge HR there are no worries. Go with the Charge HR if you can spend the extra.

Bought a different product and returned it due to battery life. This one offers a little less in features but the battery lasts as promised and doubles as a watch.

I only have two cons: 1. It is not water resistant. 2. The face is not scratch resistant. I resorted to creating my own screen protector out of some left over phone screen protectors that I had lying around.

I am in horrendous shape, but the Fitbit app has motivated me to get out and walk. I liked it so much, I went out and purchased the Fitbit scale to go with it. I am truly enjoying it and I am down about ten pounds since purchasing it. Highly recommended.

I walk approximately 50 miles/week and did not think that the Fitbit Charge would really motivate me, but I was wrong. I have 20k steps as my goal and if, near the end of the day, I haven't reached the goal, I go out to walk more to be sure to reach 20K.

It tracks my steps and is good at keeping track of other activities that i do. but it seems that the steps might be off if you swing your wrist too much. but over all i think this is a pretty cool gadget!

I purchased a Fitbit Charge as an incentive for me to get out and walk and move. I really like the "Charge" because it also tracks my sleep, which has been a big eye opener for me. It's fun to track my progress and it reminds me when I gotta get out and move.

I really like the fitbit charge I don't need to keep track of the heart rate so it is perfect would even recommend for teenagers to start keeping track of their activity also their sleep pattern.

This is the best sports watch out there. It's amazingly accurate and very great device. It's addicting to get out and be physical every day. Specially with all the features you can do on the app. Probably one of the best gifts I've gotten myself in a while!

I looked at all the choices out there before deciding on this one, and I'm glad I did. Very easy to set up,, very comfortable to wear all day and sleeping too, easy to read and understand the results,, and fun too when you compete against others that have it.

The Fitbit Charge HR is fantastic and very accurate. Since getting it I feel that I have been far more active since I regularly compete with my friends to see who can be the most active (get the most steps). I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

This little gadget has really helped me to keep up with my health goals. And most importantly, my sleeping habits. Thought I was sleeping pretty good until I was actually able to see it and now I make more of an effort to get the sleep I need to be healthy.

The FitBit Wrist Band is Great for Tracking and Recording your Exercise Regement and Daily Activities. Especially when you Share and Compete with others. The Real Bonus is the Gentle Vibration from the Alarm when it is time to get Started for the Day.

I saw this advertised on TV and decided to purchase the Fitbit to help with counting my daily steps. I instantly fell in love with this product. It counts steps, calories, miles walked and much more. Any of the wide selection of Fitbit products are great.

My daughter got me hooked on the fit bit. Now I compete with her and other friends to get my steps in. It's a great motivator and looks good on my wrist also. Plus so many people ask me about it when they see me wearing it. Yes get one and get moving!

We have had fitbits for years now. They are amazing motivation. The fitbit charge met and exceeds our expectations. The clasp on the flex was weak but the addressed the issue with the charge and now it doesn't fall off. Just wish it came in fun colors...

I have had my FitBit Charge for 21 days now. It has condensation built up inside the screen and I do not wear it in the shower, cleaning, washing cars, etc. The only time my fitbit is exposed to moisture is when I sweat, and it is sad and unfortunate that a fitness monitor cannot stand up to sweat. There is no plug to protect the little charging port on the underside of the bit (the side against your skin). I dried it out once by leaving it off for a few days and leaving it in rice overnight, only for the condensation to redevelop within the first day of wearing it again. Why should I have to leave it off for several days? In addition, my fitbit will no longer charge. I have been attempting to charge it for three days and (plug it in, forget about it, come back a few hours later and it is no longer charging, wiggle it/move it, come back and repeat). I shouldn't have to rig up some paper clip or tape system to charge it. This is ridiculous. I'm very disappointed because I really loved the features of this product, it just isn't sturdy enough to actually DO what it is intended to do. I am returning this item this afternoon and I am keeping my fingers crossed that I may be able to actually get a totally different product. In the picture you can see some of the little droplets of condensation and the low battery warning. This is actually the driest I have seen the screen since it has been off for several days.
