Gave me insufficient to get some exercise. Walk about 4 miles a day, before purchasing the fitbit, I didn't walk at all.

I was surprised at how much data this Fit bit Charge is able to keep track of and the battery life is pretty generous.

like the walk and steps, stairs doesn't work all the time and sleep could be better

My husband went through two jawbone ups in less than a years time. They just didn't work well. This is so much better.

This is a terrific product that seems pretty accurate. I had a Jawbone prior to this and I'm so thrilled I switched!

I purchased this Charge for my husband. I wish I had upgraded to the Charge HR. He is a very active person and when we are walking, biking, etc., together, he is always asking me what my heart rate is as I have the Charge HR. (He didn't want the HR as he started out with the Flex and felt this upgrade would be a big improvement.) It's nice having the digital face on the watch and being able to immediately see your results rather than referring to a dashboard on the computer. However, the main defect issue is the clasp. He has had several issues with the clasp releasing while he was golfing and while he was walking. I imagine it won't be long and he will tell me it fell off of his arm and it's lost. :-(

I would recommend this product! It is great when you don't think you have worked so well. You'd be silly not to get one

Love this product. This is the 2nd one I purchased. It is easy to use and syncs with my IPad. It keeps me active.

Great band! Little bulky, but overall I enjoy it! Works well for basic tracking.
