Had the Flex for about a year and a half before it stopped charging. First Charge I got wouldn't hold a charge but was able to swap it out and the new one works very well. Much more accurate on steps. The Flex registered arm movement and even bumps in the road while driving as steps.

Helps me keep track of my activity. Since using it I have been make choices to up my activity level

My husband love it due to some health problems. He wears it daily.

It keeps me motivated and it's my daily reminder to get up from my desk and get a few more steps in.

I love the charge it's light, it's small enough to not notice, and the wireless syncing is great

For the price, it is comfortable and has good feature's. Easy to sleep with on and the sleep tracker is one of my favorite feature's. It's water resistant and I have tested it in the pool. I enjoy the fact it has the time and date on it. The stair counter isn't 100% reliable but that doesn't bother me. If you have extra to spend, try looking at the next model up.

Like i can track my sleep and my steps. Glad it has a watch too.

Using this to keep myself motivated. It's a bit sensitive as far as counting steps from just moving my hands. I have a desk job and I end up getting way more steps then I should. Even have it ser to dominant hand but wear on non-dominant. Also, it doesn't always count the sets of stairs. I will take the same set multiple times it won't always count it.
