    I love the product, but shortly after I bought it, I would get a "console" error and it would drain the battery immediately. The device would not record steps until it was plugged into a computer and reset. What a pain, from a brand new device. The happy ending is Fitbit is sending me a new one with very little hassle. Great Customer service from Fitbit.

    My Fitbit keeps me walking. It motivates me to reach my 10,000 daily steps. When I'm in a noisy place having the Fitbit vibrate is great! It keeps me from missing calls. The food log makes it easy to log my food and know how many calories I have left for the day.

    I purchased the Fitbit Charge for Christmas, and I wear it all the time except when showering. Sometimes my steps aren't tracked accurately, but overall I like it. The stairs climbed doesn't work at all and I've tried everything Fitbit and Fitbit owners suggest doing to set it to work.
