I have found a couple situations that it seemed as if didn't count steps, like for instance when pushing a shopping cart, but overall it works well. The point of it is to motivate you into being more active. Fitbit delivers on that.

Better than the Flex
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received a Fitbit Flex as a gift two years ago, and had to have it replaced twice because of the charging issues that Fitbit does not want to acknowledge. I finally said enough is enough and got the Charge. Dramatically improved is the method used for charging, which they should have done in the first place with the Flex.
