The hard plastic end broke off my original Fitbit clip after about a year. Best Buy had the most reasonable price for a replacement clip, but I still think it should be less than $10 for this item. I do like the soft plastic it's made of, the Fitbit fits in it snugly and does shift or pop out. I also appreciate the fact that the clip is straight so it's comfortable to wear on my waistband. Apparently the end breaking off is a common problem, so I hope Fitbit will redesign the clip to make it sturdier.

I've had my fit bit about 2 years. One day I noticed that the back of the clip was showing the metal at the end. I purchased a replacement online. It was shipped free to my house. I ordered the charcoal color. The fit was perfect and the color exactly what I wanted.

I've used a Fitbit tracker every day for about 2 years and love it. Fitbit really helps me focus on my daily activity. The back of the clip where it attaches to a garment tends to break off from daily attaching and detaching the Fitbit. I purchased the charcoal clip and inserted my tracker instead of buying a new set. The Fitbit clip has only been available for separate purchase for a short time and I'm very glad. Charcoal goes with all the Fitbit tracker colors, too. I plan to buy more clips and it's a bargain at this price. Thanks, Fitbit and Best Buy!!

This is a replacement for my initial zip holder. The metal poked through the first one that came with my fitbit. This one is exactly the same only a different color. I wish it was available in more colors!

The only choice of color was black and I was unable to find it at any stores. I'm glad that I go find it online. The case fits the zip well.

MY HUSBAND WANTED T O BUY THE CASE FOR ME AS MY OLD ONE WAS DAMAGED WE BOTH LOOKED OVER SEVERAL MONTHS AND EACH TIME WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE IN MAYBE WITH THE NEXT SHIPMENT, X'MAS WAS COMING SO MY HUSBAND WANTED TO GET ONE AS A STOCKING STUFFER, AGAIN HE WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE ALL SOLD OUT AND TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT SHIPMENT, THE ASSOCIATE APPARENTLY HAD THE IDEA FOR MY HUSBAND TO BUY A GIFT CARD IN THE EXACT AMOUNT OF THE CASE AND THEN I COULD GO GET IT WHEN IT CAME IN, I FINALLY ENDED UP AT A BEST BUY NOT NEAR MY HOME AND THE SALES ASSOCIATE GAVE ME THE SAME LINE, THAT IT WAS SOLD OUT AND TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT SHIPMENT, BUY THEN IT WAS AT LEAST 9 MONTHS OR MORE, I WAS VERY VERY FRUSTRATED BY THEN AND I TOLD THE SALES ASSOCIATE THAT EVERYONE KEEPS TELLING ME THE SAME STORY, OVER A PERIOD OF NINE MONTHS AND THEN SOLD MY HUSBAND A GIFT CARD FOR AN ITEM THAT SEEMS TO BE PERPETUALLY SOLD OUT BUT COMING IN WITH THE NEXT SHIPMENT, ANOTHER SALES ASSOCIATE OVERHEARD THIS AND SUGGESTED THAT THEY ORDER ONE FOR ME ONE LINE AND HAVE IT SENT TO MY HOUSE AT NO CHARGE, WHY DID NO ONE SUGGEST THIS BEFORE, I WAS ON THE VERGE OF LOSING MY FITBIT AS IT KEEPS POPPING OUT OF ITS DAMAGED CASE, WHEN SHE WENT ON LINE THERE WAS A CHOICE OF ONLY ONE COLOR, CHARCOAL, MY FITBIT IS GREEN, BUT BECAUSE I WAS SICK OF TRYING TO GET A NEW CASE AND I HAD THE GIFT CERTIFICATE I WENT AHEAD AND ORDERED IT, WHY DID I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS FOR A $15 ITEM

Holds the Zip perfectly, the clip that holds it to your clothes wears out. This is my 3rd clip within a year and a 1/2.

End of clip breaks apart quickly. The metal tips of the clip can damage clothing. It will be expensive to replace the cover frequently. Upgrade to the One shortly after purchasing replacement cover so I'm not sure if the replacement lasts longer.

The metal Under the plastic came through on the initial carrier. This is a replacement and is exactly like what came with the fit bit.

These have had the base clip piece break off several times already on everyone in my family (4). They could use a redesign to last longer/better.

I only ordered this as a backup because I didn't realize that the Fitbit Zip came with a clip,but I'm glad I did cause now I can change the color of my Fitbit. The clip is very sturdy and durable.

This is a new, official case at a much lower price than you can get through the manufacturer. I was very happy to find this at Best Buy.

Very good product. The one I had before got damaged so after two years I had to get another one. No complaints, I am pleased with this product.

The Fitbit slips into the holder very easily. Works great.

The case works well as long as you ware it in an area that will get constantly get bumped or rubbed. The last unit lasted about one year and a few lessons have been learned regauding its use and location on the body while working. Bottom line, protect the case and you should have no problems.

I didn't realize the fit bit clip came with the fit bit zip so I really didn't need it. I kept it anyway...just in case the other one broke. So far the other one is great
