    Extremely easy to use. Makes it easy to track calories eaten. I weight lift so its a little harder to know the accuracy of calories burned but overall I love this!

    It works well and most important thing i found good is it keeps you motivated. You can track Sleep, Food you eat and workout you did with one single device. Cons If you sit and rotate your hand it counts as you are working out.

    Actually works quite well... I Have not tried any others... this does keep a very good track of steps and energy spent... Sleep is up to you to set up and make happen manually... if you forget, tough... all together, GOOD!
