Have had mine for over a month and have been able to track steps and sleep really well. Have a little difficulty tracking calorie intake and activity, as there are not a lot of things listed or not sure how they are listed.

The recording part gets dirty fast and prevents it from charging. I have to clean it frequently with rubbing alcohol for charging to occur.

Anything that can get me off the couch and walking, loosing weight, and drinking more water is a fantastic investment. I live each day for the subtle vibration letting me know that I have reached my step goal. A great product!

This was a good product to start me on my tracking journey. I have since moved up, a couple of times, but I would not have just leaped to the more expensive trackers if I had not liked this one so well.

I love the bracelet look, it goes well with workout and casual clothes. I bought the zip first and upgraded to the flex, I passed the zip along to my husband. I also love the easy to use app and how it ties into myfitpal.

I like my fitbit. It's easy to keep track and helps keep me motivated to move. My best friend and her husband now have them as well as my own husband and sister.

I was a little disappointed with the flex only way to know how I am doing is to hook it up to computer.. Also does not count flights of stairs like Fitbit one. I did not review this item first my bad..

Fitbit Flex is a great tool to use for tracking exercise, food intake, calorie burn, sleep, etc. It's stylish as well...you don't have to wear something wrapped around your arm. It's like a bracelet. Very cool and easy to use.

I like it need to come with bands to change them.....

Bought for my girlfriend, she loves it. Great gift item.
