This has been easy to set up and use and works well with other apps that I already have and love. It does compliment these apps well.

Silent Alarm clock works great- it is strong enough to wake you up from the deepest sleep without disturbing your partner.

I love my Fitbit. It reminds me to get up and get moving. Really like how I can check to see if I am close to my daily goal so I work even harder to reach that goal. I only gave it 4 stars for the simple reason that it is difficult to put on--I struggle to put the little silver posts into the openings to clasp it.

The Fitbit Flex is great for learning basic patterns in your daily routine and to set up activity and diet plans to meet your goals.

I love my Fitbit! It helps me to keep track of my steps. Sometimes the sleep tracker is off but it's fine otherwise.

I really LOVE that my Flex coordinates with my fitness pal app so I don't have to put the info in both places, but all of these fitness devices that are supposed to sync wirelessly with your smartphone always seem to have some kind of issue. Technical support was good though. I'm loving my Flex! I wear it ALL the time, and I'm looking forward to more colors so it will coordinate with my outfit ;)
