Better buy it in black, got dirty easly. This bracelet is a nice tool to track your daily physical activity. When you compare what you eat with the calories you burn, you will understand why you are over weight. The sleep tracking is great, to help you to understand your sleep pattern.

Overall, this is a good device. I think it keeps getting better. The software is very nice but could be better. They load most of the food you may eat which is great. The lights on the device are bright when it may go off in the middle of the night. (Wife was not happy) I like this device. I think the form factor could be better. Overall I just "like it".

My 3-year old Flex finally died, so I was delighted to find a replacement at Best Buy for a great price. I didn't need all the bells and whistles, just the basic Flex that syncs with my iPhone and fit all the colored bands I already had! I really like the sleep monitor feature. Love ordering online with store pickup. It's so convenient and saves time, plus I usually can get the product faster than having it shipped.

this is a nice little gadget to track activity but it has a lot of limits - the sleep portion basically tracks your movement so if you move a bit while sleeping but still sleep well it says you are sleeping fitfully and if you are not sleeping and moving around because you cannot sleep, it thinks you are still asleep and says you are sleeping fitfully
