    I was really enjoying the Fitbit but after a month it stopped working and it wouldn't charge. When I called best buy they couldn't do anything for me. I called Fitbit and they are sending me a replacement. I was not happy with best buy at all and I am going to look at other stores before I ever buy from them ever again.

    I like the comfort of the Fitbit, but it does not have all the bells & whistles I would currently like after having this for 7 months. I also had a couple issues with the unit, but was able to easily get replacements for the problem through Fitbit since I did not buy the extended warranty through BestBuy.
