    I had the old fitbit belt clip-on it always fell off plus you can't read it in the sun. The wrist variety stays put, the lights are easy to use and can be worn on left or right wrist. I was wainting for the FORCE .. when I saw the size I opted for the FLEX and I am very happy with it.

    I love the ap and being able to tap the bracelet to see how far towards my goal I am. But it does read arm movements as steps occasionally so you have to watch that. You can sync via Bluetooth on your phone or with your computer making it easy to always know where you are at for the day.

    Got this for my 12 year old daughter after my mom got her the striiv fitness watch first and it broke after 2 days of wearing it. Fitbit makes a durable product. And my daughter enjoys it. As she gets old im sure we will continue with the next fitbit products.

    I would say I liked my BodyMedia better for accuracy and not having to tell it when I go to sleep. No display for fitbix flex and only good for tracking walking. It goes into sleep mode a lot when I'm biking if it is a bumpy path.
