I cannot live without my Fitbit! It seamlessly syncs my activity to my Weight Watchers app and I LOVE it. The only drawbacks for me are a) I have to put it on my shoe when I ride the stationary bike and even then it's only so-so and b) there is no display, so I have to sync it and check it on my phone. Neither one of those issue is a deal breaker. This thing really pushes me to increase my activity. I would recommend to anyone on the path to fitness!

Awesome product. I wanted to know how many steps I walked each day and my sleep habits. Both are dead on. Very helpful and so easy to use. Highly recommend.

I love this Fitbit flex. It tracks steps very accurately and tracks my sleep. It charges in 45 min. Once a week and is stylish and not cumbersome whatsoever.

I bought my Fitbit to both track my activity level but also see how I wAs or was not sleeping. I knew I hadn't been sleeping well but it was an eye opener to see how much I moved around in my sleep. I epwS able to see a pattern and now know when I need to get to bed to get better sleep. I also have found myself competing against myself to achieve more steps each day. In a month of owning my Fitbit I've already lost four pounds without dieting!

Device is light weight. Accurate in comparison to Nike plus. Love the alarm on it. Great sleep monitor. Good food database. Travel a lot so time zone changes cause some issues but just took some understanding. Great battery life. Wish it would track elevation change for stairs etc. also wish it tracked heart rate.

Let's face it. The fitbit is technically going to make you lose weight, but it will motivate you to get moving. If you have friends with FitBit, do the challenges! Only 1000 steps away from meeting your goal, go for that 30 minute run on the treadmill! The fitbit is a great way to put all of your moves into perspective - from the number of miles you've walked throughout the day, to the number of calories you've burned! The only thing I wish the Flex did was track the flights you've climbed, but there's an entirely different Fitbit for that. Overall, this a a great product.

The Fitbit Flex is pretty cool. Seems to be accurate with tracking steps. I know it's a basic model but having to activate when you are sleeping gets annoying. Battery life is pretty good, mine last about 5-6 days before needing recharge. I like the social aspect of it with the app and the challenges. I also like that you can change the bands. I wish the Charge had that option because that one is better for automatically tracking sleep.

My out-of-state friends raved about their fitbits. I had tried counting my steps with my smart phone, but I had to carry it everywhere!. This is very convenient, easy to use and get input about YOUR health. You set your own pace and it tracks your daily steps, water intake and sleep! I have increased my daily steps by a factor of 5! Each morning, I wake up put my watch and fitbit on then head for my cup of coffee. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my Fitbit! It is great for tracking my goals; especially getting at least 10,000 steps by the end of the day. The best feature is that it tracks your sleep. It lets you know how many minutes you have been restless through the night, awake, and the total hours slept. It also lets you know how many calories you have burned for the day and the miles that you have walked. You can also scan a food item and it lets you know the correct serving size and how many calories you have eaten to attain your calorie goal for the day. Absolutely wonderful!

I switched to the Fitbit from the UP band mostly because of the continous need to replace the band. The Fitbit basically does what it says - measures your steps. You can keep track of your sleep as well. I know that the days I am most active are the days I don't sleep that well a and that has been my ongoing habit. The thing I miss most from my other band are the graphics and the ability to proper fill in my sleep times. This one tells when I am awake or not but it does do the deep sleep information. The food information seems to be quite accurate and it gives you a better opportunity to do your portion control as long as you are pretty honest. I haven't figured out how to change the information from the UP to the Fitbit for the partnering apps...but I am sure one day it will be really easy and it will make sense to me like a lightbulb going off. I do like that the Fitbit is waterproof and it takes a 5 day charge. I don't care for the 3 hour time table that it takes for this to happen since I am use to charging my band while I am in the shower. I haven't quite used my band to its full potential since I just updated my cell phone to the correct iOS plan and my computer is still out of date. I do like the email warning for battery low, or making my goal, or the almost made it encouragements when you are just steps away. I would have to say the Fitbit is great for anyone training, wanting to stay active, or just want the challenge of seeing how much they move. In the perfect world both devices working together would be perfect. But since that is not the case. I will admit that I am pleasantly surprised at the results I have been able to obtain.

My son wanted this to keep track of his activity levels. This device fits his wrist comfortably and has been a motivator for keeping him from behind the computer all the time. He had a little issue when first trying to get the unit adjusted to his wrist size, but once we figured it out, he has been able to put it on himself with ease.

This is my first fitness tracker and I am pleased with it. It seems accurate in steps and it gives me that extra motivation I need to make my goals each day. I love that it alerts me when Im close and when I have achieved my step goal. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a basic step counter, The dashboard is easy to navigate and I like the weekly progress reports. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this item after doing a lot of research in similar products. I still did not know what kind of activity tracker I wanted when I got into best buy to purchase one. I chose this one because of how easy it was to use and it syncs to the myfitness pal app. It also has a very stylish look and fit easily onto my wrist. It is a great product and I am very happy with my fitbit. :)

This has been great and keeping me honest and motivated. The app let's me see where i'm at for the day and motivates me to stay active. Adding friends to your profile gives you the competitive push to stay on top of your work out. Great item if you are looking to lose weight with cardio such as jogging and walking. weight training can still be tracked but only my manually entering the information via the app or website. Been using it for almost a month now and has lost around 10 lbs. Also useful in tracking meals but i prefer MyFitnessPal website to track means but the two does sync up so you can use both sites to compare and track. If you are already a runner or in shape. this may not be for you. If you are trying to lose weight and need that motivation to get back active and keep yourself honest. This will be good for you. It's like have a personal trainer with you 24 hours. Just have to me honest with your meal updates but the flex will keep you honest in your Calories burned, activity, steps taken and miles did.

I bought this at the recommendation of other people to help motivate me to work out. It has certainly done that! The Charge itself will hopefully last a while, but I think the app is the best part of it. Being able to have friends and challenges and track so much info in one spot is great. Would recommend... especially if on sale!
