wonderful product for my athletic teenager who wants to get healthy this year!!

I exchanged my previous fitbit flex that never seemed to charge beyond 10%. I had submitted a complaint to the fitbit flex team but their response was very tardy and delayed. They did not even verify that I had a new fitbit and replied to me stating the battery seems to have 50% charge. Not sure if I can rely on manufacturer warranty in future. BestBuy was kind enough to exchange with a new one so I was saved. BestBuy geek squad product replacement plan is the way to go - I have purchased it just in case! Otherwise replaced product is working as required now.

This is a great method to track fitness efforts! Changed to a sedentary job and needed some impetus to get back in shape. Reaching the daily goal of 10,000 steps is just a start, but helps me keep focused!

I love the Fitbit, but the band on this one didn't last very long. Battery life is very good -- I've gone more than a week without recharging a couple of times and wear it every day.

This product has helped me be more active just by wearing it every day. I like being able to see how close I am to my step goal just by tapping it.

Great little tracker for exercise. I use it daily to track my progress and it lets me know if I am ahead of goal or behind. I love the sleep tracker, it lets me try different things to see if it helps my sleep.

I like to use this product to make sure that I walk at least 4 miles per day.

I traded in my Fitbit Force for the Flex. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it for anyone. The battery life lasts about a week and it charges very quickly. The only time it's not 100% accurate is on the treadmill, but it's not that big of a deal.

I really love my Fitbit and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in keeping track of their fitness and/or dietary goals. There's also an app for the phone that you can use to sync your Fitbit wirelessly to your device while you're on the go, which is great. The only negative I've found with the Fitbit is that it's very hard to put into and get out of sleep mode-- there's a certain pattern in which you have to tap the device for this, and it's hard to get just right. I had some trouble getting my Fitbit on when I first got it, but I've gotten used to it and can easily take it on and off now; plus, the band is really secure, so I never have to worry about it falling off.

Bought this as a gift for family member. We are excited to begin family challenges.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Uses it everyday and it works great.

I got this for my mom for her birthday and while she is not the best at technology she was able to set it up relatively easy. It emails her stats to her and let's her know what goals she hits.

Looking forward to receiving additional information at a glance on steps, etc.

Good device seems to be accurate. I would think price would go down at some point.

very slim bracelet. can't see how many steps unless you look on your phone though.

looks real solid although it was a gif for someone so I cant personally review it.

Was a bit confused at how to set this up at first until I looked at the directions online. From there it was simple. The strap was a little hard to put on until I took it off and on a few times.
