    The product itself does what it is supposed to. Switching between the screens is silly, because it turns black too quickly. The cost of the premium is ... pretty high, but if you just need a step tracker, it does the job.

    Love my Fitbit as it motivates me to keep on moving and my 10k steps daily!!! Don’t know why I waited so long but I’m sure glad I took the plunge;-)

    Love this Fitbit! Only deducted a star because the charger that came with it was broken. It wasn't expensive to get a replacement so I didn't bother with coming in to exchange it.

    This is a beautiful tracker.. watch.. step counter and heat rate monitor. It even monitors oxygen saturation. I love it!

    Love the Inspire 3 because it has a secure attachment to belt that don’t allow it to come off arm easily. Also love it’s display color of date, time & steps

    I've had this Fitbit Inspire 3 for about a year now and I really like it. It seems pretty accurate and performs as it should. The battery life is about 2 weeks after charging. I haven't worn it in water, but it has gotten slightly wet and the water didn't seem to bother anything. It's pretty easy to use once it's connected to your phone. Although, it can be a bit tricky to figure out how to get back to the 'time' screen when first starting out. I do not have the subscription yet, but I feel the information I get on my phone is sufficient for my needs.

    I am having trouble navigating all of the functions. The package didn't come with instructions. Needs to be charged often.

      Hi there, LoriM. We’re sorry to hear battery life on your Inspire 3 hasn’t been the best. You should be getting up to 10 days of battery life on your device — here’s some suggestions to keep your device running all day:

      1. Turn off always-on display.
      2. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness.
      3. Turn off the Button Lock setting.
