    My daughter has had her Fitbit for 45 days and it has stopped working. Doesn't charge, black screen, vibrates every 15-30 seconds. Smily face comes on. Cannot return to best by as only had 30 days. Boring with Fitbit to get resolved.

    Got this for my Mom on Mother’s Day. She loved it cause she goes on walks multiple times a day. The first week all was great it is light weight , looks good and being able to wear it all day you get a better total steps than your phone that you put down while in the house. After the first week her iPhone updated to 13.5 and from that point on it has been off thousands of steps a day. She was told to start the setup all over again but it didn’t work. So it is useless now to her.
