About the only thing this device is good for is as a watch and heart rate monitor. And as a heart rate monitor I only about trust it to 80% accuracy. Gimmicky apps that just randomly start. The exercise one for example, just randomly starts running and the timer starts. While I'm sitting at my desk at work. The all-day sync does not work. Have to manually open the Fitbit app on my phone for it to sync. I had my first Inspire HR for about a month then it totally died except it showed a smiley face. Tech support could not diagnose it so they sent me a refurbished one. The one they sent me has the same, if not worse, flaws as the original. Very flaky, jittery phantom touch problems. Tech support acknowledges there is a master ticket open for the touch issues but they will not replace the device with a different kind. They allegedly are working on a fix for the touch problems. The Inspire HR is annoying more than inspirational all around. I would not recommend this device.

I was previously using the Fitbit zip. Loved that little one, but batteries kept dying and finding a replacement wasn’t easy. I switched to the fit bit inspire. I love this so much. I love the fact that I can see incoming calls, updates, nest camera activities and track all my progress on my steps. I was also able to get text messages previously. Since updating to iOS 13 however, I’m no longer getting texts. I hope something is being done to fix this soon. Besides that, love my Fitbit
