Lives up to all expectations! I needed to upgrade from my Fitbit Alta HR. Love the bigger screen and can now get text notifications. They are a bit small, but I can read enough to know if I have to respond immediately or if it can wait. Easier to navigate than the Alta HR, but sometimes I do have to tap harder than expected to get the screen to change, and sometimes I accidentally move the screen in an unintended way. Overall, worth the $. I do wish there had been a different choice of band color than the pink.

The design is beautiful. My wife has a small wrist and this fit perfectly. Easy setup and use.

My first smart watch. I wanted simple, trim and a reasonable price. This watch checks all the boxes for me. Display is easy to read. Functions simple to use. Syncs to my iPhone was simple and syncs with no problems. Battery lasts for days.

Keeps up with my heart rate and sleep. Also with my steps and how a tive i am.

As an owner of the Alta Hr for several years, I’ve been happy with Fitbit’s longevity and performance. Recently, I saw the Fitbit Luxe style and fell in love with it. The Luxe has a small wristband than the other styles that are offered. The screen is colorfully lit making it much easier to read than the Alta Hr. Being a lady, I prefer a smaller Fitbit that can be worn with just about anything in my closet without it making a sporty statement of being a fitness tracker. I love all of its features and the charged battery lasts. I’m happy with my new Fitbit! Purchased it at my nearby Best Buy and was able to get it on sale!

Initially had trouble setting up. However, once the setup was complete, it's been working well. Don't really need the fitbit subscription as the base features are good enough for personal use.

A tentative good, as I have only had the Luxe for under one week. I was leery, because of Fitbit's horrible customer service (& why I won't recommend FitBit), and the pandemic quality issues. Though I have not been able to find anything as simple, and light to wear to enhance the step & activity counting of my Flex 2. I will keep using the Flex 2 for down & dirty gardening & hiking, though 90% wear the Luxe. I bought through Best Buy (because Fitbit cust service is such a bad experience). Also tepid about pre-ordering;, I was happy surprised when it shipped on the Luxe release date. So hoping this Luxe works; I just want a simple step and [mostly] activity tracker (it will not track rowing, some treadmill climbing if holding on at 15 incline, though few trackers do). Simple and light, that is me. If you want more options and yes, wish the display covered more of the screen (a technology barrier or booboo?), then the Luxe might not be for you. Simple and light, this might be for you (most tech questions can be found online so you hopefully do not have to contact Fitbit, ever).

Love the low profile and thin design. Great way to track your daily movement.

I've tried multiple activity trackers and smart watches. Out of all the activity trackers and smart watches I've tried, the Luxe is the prettiest and most comfortable. I currently go between the Active 2 LTE and Fitbit Sense. I ordered the Luxe because of the size. As pretty and comfortable as the Luxe is, I'm really disappointed that only 2/3 of the screen is used, and out of the 20 clock faces available, there are only a couple I like. If I wear it as my main tracker, I will miss Alexa and/or Bixby, the variety of apps and clock faces, and the ability to get help if I need it as I can with the Active 2 LTE. If I keep it, it will probably not be my main watch. I would save it for dressy occasions, which are rare. Not sure it's worth the money for that. It's really disappointing, because it's so pretty, I've ordered the link bracelet and the gold mesh band, so I won't make a decision till I see how those look.

Love it. I bought the Luxe to replace my Fitbit Flex. I like smaller profile on my wrist and didn'twant some giant Buzz Lightyear decoder contraption. I just wanted a tracker for basic step counting and workouts. It has a several other features that makes it a nice upgrade. I also like the band with buckle to keep it more secure on my wrist.

Just what I was looking for. A simple, modern looking watch that wasn't huge. It gives me the time, my heart rate, steps, and notifications from my iPhone. It also lets me set alarms and use as a timer. And, I can see what time it is in the dark!

Bought this for my wife so she could monitor her heart rate. She loves this watch because it is so easy to use. No complaints at all. One of the other things she loves is that she has about 20 different watch bands to swap out based on her dress for the day. Of course, she has to match.

I do like all its features, but im not getting my notifications and the screen is small. The only thing i dont like is the screen is samll and i cannot read it. I shoukd of go the bigger one. But all the info is in the app.

I bought this watch for my 9 year old son because he is into sports and wanted to track his steps and he loves it. The battery lasts for days long and what I really like is that it’s waterproof. One less thing to worry about.
