I have been wearing this device for a couple of weeks, now. I have found it most useful reading the results directly off of the device. As soon as I have some more time, I will try again to synch it with my computer.

I had high hopes for this version of the FitBit, but like the first I found it to be inaccurate. It claimed I climbed 100 flights of stairs one day, maybe if I'd walked stairs all day but I'm pretty sure I don't sleepwalk and I don't remeber walking any stairs. It also still registers steps for travel in a car, which is probably less arobic than walking. I loved the silent alarm and the sleep tracking, but ultimately ended up producing little if any useful info. product returned to the store.

I received my Fitbit, charged it up, and put it on to run errands. Went to check it about two hours later and found that the belt clip was still attached, the Fitbit was not in the clip.

I was able to set up & use a few things. I am not tech competent. I need someone to help me walk through all the features so I can take notes & refer to my notes when I don't know what to do.

I didn't realize this didn't go on your wrist but a clip-on. I was wanting to wear on my wrist so didn't work for me. Best Buy was great about exchanging for a wrist one for me.

    Excellent Fitness Tracker

My first Fitbit one just died after nearly 2 years of continuous use. The device had been through much including many runs in below 0 deg F runs as well as worn during marathon training. I prefer the One to the wrist worn devices because it is more discrete and I don't like to even wear a watch let alone a fitness tracker on my wrist. The One goes in my pocket with my keys or clipped to the pocket of my running clothes. This still my preferred device especially since it does flights of stairs as well steps. Fitbit's connectivity with other apps also makes it my favorite fitness tracker brand.

I was hoping it would automatically track sleep but it does not - you have to keep the log. It can't tell the difference between walking a hill and walking stairs.

I am new to the fit bit. I use primarily for counting steps and find that I must estimate my steps before dressing, in shower etc. It is a bit more complicated than I had hoped.

I love the fitbit at first. I was using it all of the time and while it wasn't 100% accurate I felt that it gave a good idea of what calories I was burning, etc. Also, I like that I could track consumption. Unfortunately after a month it just stopped tracking. It didn't burn out completely but it wouldn't count anything anymore...even after a reset.

My dad and I both got one of these. My dad's worked fine, but mine counted steps while I was driving. I wish it had a simple on/off button so I could turn it off while I was driving. I don't believe it accurately tracked my sleep cycles either. Based on the reviews this product has gotten, I probably just got a faulty one, but it's the only thing I really have to go off of. I hope it works for everyone else. I purchased this particular brand in the first place because of all the positive consumer reviews. Unfortunately, I had to return mine and didn't bother getting a new one.

Gift for my husband. He seems to be enjoying it even though it is probably not 100% accurate. Makes it a goal to reach 20k steps a day.

The major reason I bought it was for the wrist band, which didn't come with it. Because of this, Im not using it the way I wanted to. Pretty bummed.

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH, JUST GET ONE AND DO IT!!

Talk about a motivator! I'm a Fitbit addict, wear it 24/7. I have left home without it and had to return home to retrieve it. Easy to use. Self explanatory. Holds charge for approximately one week. I've never had a problem with my clip. Best way to get accurate results when bike riding is to clip it to your sock/sandal/shoe. Load the app on your phone and boom-batta bing, you have information at your fingertips. My only complaint -- I wish it was water proof. Other than that, just get one and do it!!!

Great idea, poor safety design. Clip on works well on some fabrics and poorly on others, Really needs a locator app like the competitors.

I really liked the Force better, but it made my arm break out. This has the same functions, not as convenient but safer to wear.
