I have been using mine for a few weeks now, really like it. Keeping track online too. My husband decided to get one as well. It's helping us keep track of our steps and fitness since having bariatric surgery. A great motivational tool for us.

Really encourages you to take the extra step t getting healthy and fit. Start the new year off on the right foot! Love hownitntracks each step and floor you take. When you get close to a milestone, it makes it seem worth itntonrun up and down the stairs a couple more times. Losing weight and getting fit has never been more fun.

I previously had the Fitbit Flex and really like the One much better. The display on the device gives you information that allows you to be free of your phone or computer.

I received this as a Christmas present. It definately encourages me to move more (connect with your friends who also have fitbits and you can have competitions, team exercises). It seems sturdy and I don't worry about losing it.

Good and really bad news. I absolutely loved my FITBIT one. I I wore almost everyday since I bought it. It's so easy to use and you never realize it is on. It's so comfortable. Sad new I have been looking for it since Wednesday afternoon. It fell off my pants. I have searched and searched the high school I work out and sent out emails to the staff.. The only thing Fitbit is lacking is a locator. It's gone now and I only had it for a month and a half. I can't justify purchasing another. Great product but needs a locator like iphone/ipads have.

I have had this and the Jawbone Up for about 6 months now. The only thing about the Up that is better is the inactivity reminder - which I love and wish the One had. Otherwise, I love that you can check your progress right on the One. And the little comments make me smile. Part of the plastic recently came off of the One holder, so now there is exposed metal, which is not good. And I climb no more than 10 flights of stairs per day, but the One regularly has me at 15 flights or more. In the end, I'm so happy with this that I bought 3 more for family and friends!

At 66 years old I am very active and I needed something to help keep track of steps and calories burned to try to maintain my weight. Fitbit also has a website that syncs with MyFitnessPal to keep up with food I'm eating. Fitbit also has a host of restaurants and food they serve on their website that is helpful when eating out. This is easy to use and I love it. For once I purchased something worth the money!!!

I purchased my Fitbit One several months ago and have found it to be very helpful in tracking steps, distance, sleep, as well as their online website tracking of heart rate and blood pressure as well as other items. I have lost over 50 lbs while using my Fitbit tracker and find it to have been a real asset in getting me back to better health overall. I would recommend this tracker to anyone who is motivated to lose weight and track their progress as they work to thier goal of a better you!

    Best one out there

I have tried other fitbits but this one is the best because it does not count arm movement. I hook it on my bra and it only counts steps and it is pretty accurate. Love it!

I first had the fitbit zip. Battery life was advertised as six months but I was changing batteries every 2 weeks. So I decided to try the fitbit One. It has rechargeable battery and is advertised to go two weeks between charges. I find that three days is about the limit. But since it's rechargeable, no big deal. My main problem with this device is that the Android app is very buggy. It locks up my phone at times, it crashes when I try to track a hike, and it drains my phone battery. It's also a shame they don't make it compatible with Google Fit. This is a much better fitness tracker app than the Fitbit app. I'm ready to sell this on eBay and try an Android watch.

my husband got me one for my birthday. we like to 'race' each other during the day to see who can get to their goal. I'm not using it to the full potential. I like that the info can be synced with you phone to see. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is the BEST!!! They were very helpful when I lost mine. Was so very bummed, after contacting them and sending them the required info, they send me a new one. LOVE THEM!!!

I am on my 3rd generation of fitbit. I love the fitbit!!!! I wear it all the time and it keeps track of my every movement. This generation is the first to sync wirelessly with my iPhone rather than having to turn on the computer. It syncs with My Fitness Pal and will post calories burned in my daily food/fitness diary.

This is an excellent device to measure your daily activity. Make sure you take it off your clothes beforehand running through the wash. I was so hooked on my first one that I bought another after mine did no survive the washer :( I wish it could synchronize with my iPhone 4. Syncs great with my home computer and iPad 3. Overall I love it!

Excellent size, great formed 'case' that it stays in. You just need to watch it every once and awhile, to make sure it doesn't pop out. Excellent features and website access. Wish they had Windows Phone 8 support, even though they recently said they have no plans. :( However, having the wireless USB dongle in my laptop is no biggie.

Don't get me wrong; change is good. However, changing every year is a bit of a fiscal challenge. My first fitbit was the Ultra. I absolutely loved it! However, it broke. I contacted Fitbit about it just to ask if I would be able to sinc a new one to my account. They asked me to send them a picture of my Fitbit. Lo and behold, they sent me a new one free!!!! I have since bought this model. It is a big improvement over the Ultra however, it is small and light. There is a moisture issue that some people have complained about. I personally have not had that problem. My problem is that I forget to put it back on after charging or taking a shower. I'm waiting for the new one to come out. I believe the "Flex" will have everything I need. It addresses the moisture issues and you can WEAR IT IN THE SHOWER!!!! As for the reviews that complain about the inaccuracy of flights/floors; floors are only measured in 9ft intervals. If you walk up a flight of stairs or your elevation rises above 9ft, it will count as a "floor". If the elevation is less than 9ft, it will not register. Your steps are always counted as long as they match your stride.

I LOVE the product, but only had it a little over a week before I lost the little booger! That's $100.00 down the drain! There has got to be a better design to keep this from happening. Nice product FitBit and you're welcome for the $100.00 donation to your company :) Gonna have to save my pennies to buy another one at some point - probably after I get over my sadness and disappointment at losing my first one.

I love that the product is so small and simple to operate, for the most part. I still haven't quite figured out resetting it though and sleep vs wake. Should be easy, but way too complicated for me. Plus, it requires too much time to enter in all the information to actually getting usable info from that which is stored by the device. What's the point. Haven't used it since the first week I bought.

I bought this item yesterday to help motivate me to be more healthy and it has done its job already getting me off the couch. I read a lot of reviews to fitness trackers and everyone said this one was the best. I wanted the bracelet type but decided on this one because of all the great reviews. I have not had any problems that i have seen in reviews on best buy page. The biggest complaint i see is the syncing with your phone but my fitbit syncs to my computer from anywhere in my house all i have to do is walk in the door. I have only had it for a day but it has very good tool for me.

Love it. I've had it for about 9 months and love it. Stairs seems to be the only thing that can be inaccurate if driving up hills or inclines at times. Battery life usually gets me a little over a week which I think is pretty good. And I really like the fitbit sync and login. Highly recommend!
