I love this fit bit. It keeps me motivated throughout the day. I recommend joining earndit.com to compete against others and enter to win stuff. I charge and sync only once per week. So easy. Its a little overpriced though.

This is my second FitBit. I had the first one that came out and it finally started breaking around the top part - would still work but wasn't sure how much longer it would last. Like that this one has a holder to put in.

This is the second one that I have purchased. The first one did not make it through the wash and rinse cycle. This one has not been laundered, so it is still working.

This is my second Fitbit. I had their first one since it was first introduced and it finally died on me. I really like the improvements to this version, particularly bluetooth syncing.

Purchased this on doctors advice because of my need to lose weight. I also have had a problem with sleep apnea, so I thought the sleep tracker would be a great thing. When I contacted Fitbit about the fact that it kept telling me no sleep recorded they said I needed to update it and told me what to do on their website, which was easy. The only problem is I have to do it everyday to get any feedback. Even when I do get the sleep tracking feedback the info is way off, it records the time that I'm not active as sleep time, such as setting here typing this or reading. So it is telling me I'm getting 16-18 hrs of sleep at night. I have been very diligent in making sure I am setting it up when I climb into bed and when I wake up. Could have saved money and just gotten the Fitbit Zip. On the plus side, it really does motivate me to be more active and it fits discreetly under my clothes.

I love this... I was trying to debate between the Flex and the One...I love the Fitbit One. Great little tracker and it stays secure to where ever I clip it. It seems pretty accurate. Great to see how active you are or are not.

Loved it for several months; now it will not charge. Cleaned all connections as directed by support services; used every charger and USB port that charges phones, iPads, and laptops...nothing works! Same thing happened to fitbit flex...I cannot be the only person experiencing technical difficulties.? Too much money if it's only going to last several months and won't even charge on cords provided with the product. Very disappointed with this purchase and Fitbit!

I tried the FitBit Flex first and it was too small for my wrist so I got the One and it works great clipped to my clothing. Love the App that goes with it, has helped change my lifestyle so much.

I love my fit bit but I'm sad it stopped working after 5 months of use. I'm in the process of getting fit bit customer service to help me w a replacement and I hope they come through. Love the app and the friend feature, makes it a team sport. I want my working fit bit back!

i bought this to keep track of my steps during the day - it does do that. however, the very stiff clip on the holder makes it difficult to move the device from one pair of pants to another so i tend to not do that and hence fail to monitor my steps on a daily basis.

I bought the FitBit One on a lark and enjoyed it for as long as it lasted--which seems to be six months. It has been operating only sporadically: I wore it today, it says it is 9 am (at 4 pm) and has recorded nothing all day. This is not an isolated experience. I expected to be able to use it until I tired of it, but, despite the hefty price tag, it seems to be tired of me.

Bought this for my wife, and she loved the data that she was able to collect throughout her day and after workouts. However it's very small and within a week she lost it. Company needs to develop a tracking system.

Some jobs are just messy or dangerous and a wrist monitor could get damaged or the wearer injured. This model is a good alternative.

it was a gift for my mother for Mothers Day and so far she enjoys using it when she doesn't have her phone with her

I wear my fitbit One any chance I get. It's convenient that I can clip on any clothing item and head out the door.

Love this product, easy to set up an account and track your activity. Motivates you to exercise without saying a word.

Best Buy replaced my FitBit Ultra with a FitBit One after my FitBit began to crack within four months of purchase. From jump street, this one was not as accurate as the Ultra was. (I compared it with the elliptical reading.) Within 10 months of purchase, it stopped charging completely. (If you buy the product from Best Buy, get the extended warranty. This is the second FitBit with which I have had actual, physical problems.) It is nice that this one is water-resistant and you can wear it in a number of places. To boot, you can still see your numerical data throughout the day. Both the FitBit One and the FitBit Ultra allow you to see your actual numerical data throughout the day. You can't do that with the FitBit Flex unless you have one of the phones or devices with which it syncs. (It won't sync with any iPhones made before the 4s.) See the FitBit site for a list of devices with which this device will sync. As I am on my third FitBit tracker within one year,* I can't recommend enough that you get the extended warranty. The device will likely fail, break, or show its inaccuracies within months of getting the device. I also think there are better pedometers out there by other manufacturers. (A lot of them are less expensive.) I would recommend avoiding FitBit like the consumer plague they are. *The third will be returned within the week. On the Flex, I can't see the actual data throughout the day and I can't sync it with my phone. Therefore, it is a pretty useless and expensive hunk of plastic to be wearing around my wrist.

Upgrade from the previous version. Does everything it should, works great. Clip not very well made. Needed to be replaced after only 3 months of use.

Great activity tracker! One of the best set of features for this price.

Clip started falling apart almost immediately. ALWAYS falling off my pocket... any time you put your hand in your pocket and pull it out the clip falls off.... finally fell off today without me noticing it and lost it.. $100 down the drain. Other than that it worked fine! Will by a wrist product, still from Fitbit, next time!
