It has all the features I needed and a big face. The price was reasonable and I was able to buy interchangeable bands in different colors. They are easy to swap out

I bought this was a little over a year ago. When i bought i didn't purchase the warranty right away because i wanted to make sure i would keep it. I forgot to go back for warranty that you only have 15 after to purchase and not 30 days like most other businesses. So at this point, I hoped for the best. As of today, it is not working. I noticed when I tried charging it and it wouldn't take the charge. One if the metal pieces on back that reads came off and I didnt realize it. I can't even get a refund or exchange due to the fact I didn't purchase the warranty. I should've did like my fiance did and purchased one from Amazon for alot less. The one he purchased works better and was a least 150 dollars less. I paid over 250 for this to malfunction after a year. What a rip-off. I wouldn't recommend this brand or store for it. Their return policy is trash if you don't have warranty. Now I have to spend more money for another watch. I'm very disappointed with this.

I like the various features such as the ECG and also being able to take calls.
I would like a better selection of bands.

I upgraded to the new sense and I love it! Wonderful new features that relates more information on your health!

In about 15 days it no longer worked and after having to go to the store because the app would not allow me to do the replacement option I get there to find out because it was an open box deal in "excellent" condition The only thing I can do is replace it with another open box but instead was offered one in fair condition. Even with total member rewards I was told they can only send it out if they're able to fix it great, if not then the only other option is to be refunded but they will not replace it with a new one.....

My 3rd one! I love the sleeping app. Never did the membership. If you buy the watch you shouldn’t have to pay for membership (3 Stars due to membership fee). Not sure about battery life yet.
