I replaced a Versa2 from 6 years ago with this one. The main reason was to get the heartrate monitor notification. It does notify you but you have to go looking for it. I ASSUMED it would have an alarm or at least vibrate to notify you, but it doesn't. It lets you set the parameter for notification and that seems hopeful, But, you will never know unless you go to the app and search. Worthless!!! Should have saved my money and waited for the original one to quit.

I have just recently got this new Fitbit. I have had the Surge and the Charge 2. This is a whole new beast of a tracking wristband. I have used the sleep functions, and the daily monitoring. I do like the carry-over of features from the Charge 2 and Surge, but I think that the battery life estimates are a little exaggerated. I am getting about 3 days straight before I plug it in on my trip into work in the mornings. So by the time I get to work it is up to 99%. My only issue is I have never seen it get to 100%. But that's just my pet peeve. I really track my "resting heart rate" and my overall health. The only disturbing thing for me is the "Emotional State" monitoring which to me is totally "Annoying". Other than that it works pretty decent.

Excellent price from Best Buy. All the functions I wanted to monitor health and some fitness activities. The fitbit is very attractive and stylish with very easy to read letters. Very happy.

Great watch, simple version and yet does its job not over complex and hard to operate. That is why it was perfect for my grandfather who lacks a lot of tech savvy skills. My Grandmother was able to download the app on her Galaxy phone and monitor his health while he wore it. This helps her feel more at ease as he has blood pressure risks.

Love the watch and all it can do. However, you do need to download additional apps to make certain functions work. Don't care for that part. I am still working with the watch to learn more about it. Love it!!

Excellent wearable drvice. It has many bells and whistles, but being almost 80, I don't use them all. But tracks my sleep excellently, my blood pressure and amount of steps and didtance walked and much, much more!

I had been wanting a Fitbit for awhile and finally decided to get one. Glad I did. It's a bit irritating when it lets me know I need to get up and walk around for a bit but hey that's why I bought it. :) It's comfortable, I don't even notice I have it on so sleeping with it on is no issue and now I know how much sleep I am getting. So with a bit of help from the app I am getting enough sleep to not fall asleep on the sofa in the evenings. There are a few other things I can do with it just haven't yet maybe in the future.

I love it! Has all the stats that I want. So many watch faces to choose from. Holidays, and other fun choices and easy to swap out. I recommend this model for anyone that wants to track ...well...just about anything. Also, you can get different bands and face protectors to go with it.

This is a great fitness watch with some neat features. Battery life is great, I can go almost a full week without recharging. The charging cord design and functionality has also been improved and has a magnetized attachment. The band has improved over prior fit bits models. It would difficult for it to fall off your arm or fir someone to steal it off your arm because they think its an apple product. I love the look, the heart rate info, step counter and sleep functions. It gives you missed call notifications and change the watch face display from your cell phone. Overall a really great investment. I had my prior fit bit for over 5 years. I would buy again. Price is worth it.

Bought these for Christmas gifts for my in-laws who claim to be “doing everything to stay healthy”, the watch doesn’t lie… great step, heart tracking, easy use of apps

This was an open box purchase, which replaced a broken one of the same. So far it works very well. I like the app that you can use to track your progress.

Great watch, large face which makes it easy to read. Returned mine to get a fitbit tracker instead because i had a allergic reaction to some of the sensors on the backside of the face. Itchy even after switching wrists. Otherwise it was great. No issues with the fitbit!

I only gave it a four-star rating because nothing's perfect. I originally purchased this item to monitor my heart rate. Once I purchased it and started navigating it I realized how beneficial a few of the other features it offers are. For me it meets my needs and Over all im satisfied with my purchase!

I've had really good experience with past Fitbit models, so I was very excited to own this device. I was particularly interested in the heart rate monitor and ECG features. Unfortunately, the ECG feature worked sporadically with an Error/restart device message; restarting the device caused me to lose unsynchronized data. Also, the heart rate feature was consistently inaccurate, which I proved when I wore the device during a stress test. The heart rate on the device was 17 beats lower at peak than the doctor's EKG equipment. When I wore both my new and old Fitbits at the same time during exercise, the different was 10-12 beats lower than my old Fitbit. During low or resting heart rate periods, the device appeared pretty accurate. That said, I liked the look, feel, and on-device phone calls. However, I had to return it because the accuracy of the device to me is more important than the rest of the bells and whistles.
Hi, RebecaP. We're sorry to hear that your Fitbit Sense 2 is not tracking your heart rate accurately and that the ECG feature is intermittently not working. To use the Fitbit ECG app, please visit this: https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14236718

Excellent heart and heath monitor. Oh, and it tells date and time too!
Wear it daily except when recharging. Govern my activity by the heart related readings so there is no over exertion.

Nothing more important than your health. This watch does so much more than tell time. Heart rate, your sleep habits, body temperature and exercise. All you need to know.

We got this for my son for Christmas. We got it for sleep tracking and he likes to use it for his workouts. The ban is super soft and comfortable. We haven't even used half of the features yet and we all love it and want to get more for the rest of the family!

I've owned several fitbit's (Blaze, ionic, Sense) decided to try out new Sense 2. Liked the screen seemed little more vibrant. However im not sure why but during workouts the timer would keep freezing after the few seconds where screen would normally turn off However screen stayed on but the numbers froze at that spot. However when i would rewake it, it would show the numbers as if it didnt stop.
Called spoke with customer service twice. 1st time did the whole factory reset bs stuff tried it again same issue. Called back tried some different settings same thing though. I tried again looking up some help myself again but couldn't find anything so decided just to return it and went back to using original Sense
