I mainly got this so I can monitor pulse rate without a chest strap but has lots of nice aides to help improve my overall health

I like it but the battery is already not lasting 5 days as marketed. Shows full and then empty suddenly. Last 2 or 3 days. Also is tracking arm movement as walking steps

Saw before buying review of this product , for me better than expected , easy to use, only con , when using the GPS for exercise the battery consumes very fast, great gadget!!

Can't figure out how to customize the main screen to show heartbeats, time etc, like in the advertised photos. But overall it gives a good idea of your daily activeness.

This Fitbit watch functions as advertised. What I especially like is that it lets me know when and who is calling me on my iPhone. I can also read my texts on my watch!

Overall this is a good fitness and activity tracker, with text and phone call notifications. There are presets for tracking different types of fitness activity and the ability to see different metrics (HR, steps, time etc) while in this mode. My two biggest complaints about the device are the appearance (it is just plain big and ugly) and the HR tracker doesn't measure frequently enough so it can be VERY inaccurate. Usually it will catch up but the delay is very annoying if you are doing sprints.

My 1st Fit Bit, I like it keep track of steps, calories, sleep habits and heartrate but not sure how accurate it is but the GPS is awesome for running, biking .Very easy set on my cellphone

I purchased this watch for my husband as a Christmas gift. Watch is great, easy to use, and keeps you on track. It is extremely light as well despite bulky appearance.

Have had it for about a year before the wrist band almost ripped off I'm really hard on watches with my job as a mechanic pretty accurate like that it tracks my sleep

My husband received it for the holidays and he is still exploring all its features including the sleep tracking feature

Most fitness trackers will do the same as this one sans the satellite tracking for distance when free running. It is a little big for a watch/tracker but nice overall.

Good motivator for meeting activity goals. It gives you an upbeat feeling when you accomplish all your daily goals. You acquire a better feeling on what activities enhance meeting your goals, especially the length of your activity period. Also an excellent device for checking heart beat rate during workouts and rest period, especially for seniors or folks having heart problems.

It helps remind me of my health goals and weight loss program. Easy to use. My job is a rough one . Very pleased the watch has not scratch or been damage. It is functional as a watch and the virabating alarms keep me on track. If you have been thinking about getting thiswatch. Think no more. Buy it

Step-counter is nowhere close to being accurate. GPS is adequate. I really like being able to receive text messages. Syncs up quick, and the online app is great.

Been using my Surge for about a month now and it has always worked perfectly with no hiccups. Easy to link to my smartphone which was an unexpected plus. Now in noisy environments or while cycling I can get the notification on the Fitbit and see who is calling or texting without having to stop. I've forgotten to take it of when getting in the shower or hot-tub a few times and haven't had any issues with water resistance. Really satisfied with the associated phone app and web based fitness tracking options. Great product.

I really enjoy this fitness tool! It is a bit big though. Gets caught on my clothes. It would be perfect if they re-engineered the size and shape of the device.

I bought this Fitbit to track my running and it is great. I thought it was a bit bulky when I opened it but after wearing it I am comfortable with it ... I have been using it for a few weeks now and only seem to take it off the charge it and to shower. I have since bought 2 more as gifts for my family.

Very good product. Previously owned the HR Charge and feel this upgrade is best. Has more variety for monitoring exercises and confident in its accuracy.
