Battery does not stay charged more than 3 days. Sleep pattern does not work all night. Called customer service, they try to help but have yet to succeed.

I purchased this for my wife to replace her FitBit Force that was recalled 2 weeks after I had purchased it last year. I was hoping that she would like this one because of the large display. Unfortunately, the sensor underneath was too much for her to handle as it irritated her wrist. Unfortunately, I had to return this one, but I did have her try on the FitBit Charge HR and it was much more comfortable for her!! And I like that I was able to get that one in Purple which is her favorite color! The Surge is a fantastic product and FitBit can't be beat when it comes to Wearable Fitness Devices, but I must always please my wife first and foremost! :)

I love my surge tracker, I like how it tells you who is calling and you can read your text messages. I love how it's easy to track any kind of exercise

Great device long battery life. It does what it says it can do. Only reason I did not give it five stars is the black and white screen grows old quickly.

Bought this for my husband, he was super excited and it worked great. It was easy to set up an everything. But then he went for a six mile run in the heat on a hot day and then the watch stopped working. As in no heart rate monitor, distance ran, time, nothing. Disappointing and now it is just sitting there on the counter as we had passed the time frame allowed for returning it.

Perfect fit for all that want a moderately sized fitness watch, GPS EXCELLENT, just wish it had a sleep monitor, easy viewings and touch screen while active!

Good products works as described. Had minor issue with screen not swiping one day but easy restart procedure fixed issue. has not occurred since then.

The initial set up required a call to customer support which was annoying. The band or buckle causes skin irritation, apparently due to nickel content.

I really like the tracker--sits well on my arm and rarely loses heart rate. The app, however, on Android still has problems quickly finding the tracker.

It has froze a few times but able to reset and all was fine. The band kind of tore up and Best Buy replaced it for me. I did have the extra warranty.

My husband loves this tracker! He uses every day and visits the app and website to track everything. He really likes how easy it is to log an exercise session in just a couple taps on the watch. The silent alarm is really nice to have and an effective method to wake up. Great product!

I bought this watch for my brother as a bday present and he loves it. It has been a great tool for his workout routine. It is very accurate and he also loves receiving notifications from his phone on this wonderful watch.

It's everything I needed from keeping track of my steps to tracking my sleep and being able to have it automatically sync to my app on my iPhone!!

This is a great fitness tracker and measures Heart Rate. It is a little taller than expected but I have gotten used to it.

This has been the best fitness tracker by far, I've use the Up band by jawbone and also the Garmin fitness bands and I by far have enjoyed the ease of use and simple design. The tracker and app are easy to use and is also compatible with other app's such as My Fitness Pal.

I am thrilled with the FITBIT Surge! It helps me monitor my progress towards becoming physically fit. I like having the ability to compete against myself and others for the number of steps I take in a day. The heart rate monitor is an added bonus. I highly recommend this product!

I can't take it off. I love it. I only take it off when i shower and getting ready for work. I do wipe it clean when i take it off and haven't gotten a rash like some people report. I like the sleep tracking feature but it becomes annoying to go through your phone first.

After having a FitBit Charge for about a year, I realized I wanted something that would allow me to track bike rides in addition to steps. I looked at some other options but settled on the FitBit Surge. The GPS allows me to accurately track how far I've gone on my bike rides and even gives me more accurate tracking of how far I walk on my exercise walks.

Works great except for the stair feature which does not always work and I can't get it to synch with my phone which is compatible. I wish it was waterproof because I'm afraid I'll end up damaging it. Other than the above mentioned problems I like everything else about it.
